Purchased windows on March 22nd 2004 manufactured by Coronet Window that included a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Windows have warped. I initially called to report this issue on 10/17/2023 and spoke to **** ******. **** sent out one of their installers named ***** the following week. ***** agreed that the windows were faulty and took pictures of all ten that were affected. He said that he was not sure of the action the company would take, but assured me they would do something to address the issue. After this I had a difficult time of reaching anyone at Coronet. I finally received a call from ******** at Coronet and was asked to not call **** any more, and that she would be my contact. I have spoken with ******** three times now, twice in December and once in January. They do not appear to be attempting to address this issue.

We had windows delivered to my new construction mid-October. The windows had scratches and peeled paint and one had a broken area on the bottom. The windows were not delivered with plastic or cardboard. Our builder immediately reached out to Coronet with photos and we have not had a resolution. We have had to install the windows damaged so we could move forward on our house. I have called numerous times and also emailed them. They were to send a representative to review the damage during the first week of November and nobody ever came. I called and spoke with the plant manger the beginning of December and he told me that the company they used for the painting of the windows they no longer use due to issues with he paint not drying and peeling and they have since gone back to their previous company for paint. He told me he would send another rep to look at the windows and I told him that would be fine, but to save time and money he could look at the photos that were sent to see if that would work for a refund. I called back a few days later and was told that because I told them a rep did not need to come out they said there was nothing they could do. I told them I would like them replaced and that they would need to pay for the replacement of the windows since we had to install them and they said they would not do that. After being hung up on 3 times I was told that someone would be reaching out to our builder to come look at the windows and still to this day not one call, email or contact has been made.

**** ****** contacted us about her windows, Saying there was damage on them and she had been waiting for word from her contractor (  ***** ***********) about what is going to be done. We asked for photos and told her we would set up a representative to come out and do an assessment because we were having some issues with paint. After sometime, we got her photos. We then went over them and it was determined that the damage that is on her windows was not done by Coronet Window. We were informed is that once delivered they sat in waiting to be installed by ***** ************. We offered to give her contracting company touch-up paint to fix any paint issues, again we offered to send out representative for any damage the windows have that will stop them from functioning. We were then told to look at photos again and issue a refund. **** ****** then started to calling multiple times , complaining that no one was helping her , demanded that we send someone out ( which we offered for a third time). At this point we are 100% going to help **** ****** as much as she will let us. As per the photos , and by talking with **** ****** our windows are functioning as expected. At Coronet we strive to make sure all our customers are happy with our product. And we do admit to there being a paint issue. Which we have taken care of for everyone effected. We do not believe **** ****** was effected by paint issue but more by Contractor issue whom of which we are not getting help from after installing our product. We apologize to **** ****** for all her troubles with this and will be in touch ASAP.

Windows (qty 31) were delivered on Sept. 29th, 2023. Signed for by neither *** ***** nor **** ******. There is nothing on our paperwork that states there was any issues with windows at the time of delivery. At this point, we are working on a resolution for paint and hope that will be satisfactory for **** ******. We are very sorry for the delay, just wanted as much information about the issues involving all parties before a final decision was made. We Thank **** ****** for her patience and understanding. We will be in touch.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: There has not been any communication to me or ******* ***** regarding next steps. I receive one phone call asking if someone has called me and I said no and that was the end of the conversation. Not one form of communication.

    Sincerely,

    ******* ******

Cornet windows will not honor there windows. Last December of 2022 during a cold spell we noticed very cold air leaking up through tracks of 8 different windows facing the west and northwest. They will not do anything about it.

We received your letter regarding the complaint from ****** *******.  We would like to respond.
****** ******* reached out to Coronet Window in December of 2022 during a cold spell when he noticed cold air leaking through the cracks of 8 windows.  Mr. ******* spoke with a customer service representative that is no longer with the company.  She was terminated January 3, 2023.  She never conveyed this message to me or anyone else at the office.
March 17, 2023, Mr. ******* called the office and was asked to send pictures of the windows as well as his warranty paperwork to the office.  He did so and the correspondence was sent to the production manager for review.  Unfortunately, the pictures do not reveal what the problem could possibly be.  We will have to send someone out for a service call.
I have spoken with Mr. ******* and have discussed the plan as of now.  We will coordinate with him on sending someone out there to resolve the problem sometime this week.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
    Thank you.
