    On July 4th I ordered $39.85 worth of food through Denny's online order T 5:15 am before work. The confirmation said I could pick the order up at 5:35-5:40 am.i arrived at 5:45 and the business was closed although Denny's is suppose to be open 24 hours. I tried calling the business and no one answered. After some research online I find the don't open till 7 am. Ordered food from another place near by. I called the Denny's later that same morning and the acting manager said she had no idea how to get my money back that she would cal me back when she found out. She never did return my call. Now the $ 39.85 that was pending on my card is completed and I no one will answer when I call it tells me no one is available and disconnects me from the phone.. very deceptive and shady business practices going on at this location. Why was I allowed to order when it's not open or wasn't going to be open at the time my order was due. As a side note you can not reach anyone for Denny's corporate nor will they return a response from the online email. So a person can not actively file a complaint or get assistance to obtain a refund.

    The night in reference we had to close due to staffing issues and we forgot to turn off our Online ordering system. We currently are going through management changes, as of now there is only one actual manager. However, we do have what we call PICs which are basically shift leaders, helping with running shifts which is who the customer spoke with when he called. She does not know how to do refunds online. I do remember her telling me about the order needing refunded and I thought I did refund the order because I had multiple orders to refund that day.  I must of missed this order by accident . I am very sorry I overlooked this and that I did not get this taken care of in a timely manner.
