  We had a storm hit our home and 95% of the inside had to be gutted. Hero Construction was hired for the reconstruction and every step of the way has been a nightmare. The mud/sanding looks horrible and you can see several spots on every wall where they sanded into the drywall. The baseboards aren't cut at the right angles in the corners. Trim nails showing everywhere. 1 coat of paint was applied to the house and you can see the primer in areas. The flooring is messed up. 1 cabinet isn't the right size. Paint on stained stairs. Just a horrible job over all. Attached are some pictures.

  At the time this complaint was submitted to the BBB the property owner and Hero Construction, LLC still had an agreement and arrangements for our company to complete the work. Some photos included included in the customer's complaint are of work that had not yet been completed but had been agreed upon at that time. Since this complaint has been filed. Our office/owner has been in contact with the property owner and both parties have come to a resolution, that has made the property owner very satisfied. The job is now complete in its entirety and to a satisfactory manner! As a veteran owned and operated small business, Hero Construction, LLC strives to provide a quality product and experience to each customer!
