I ordered pants that took a month to arrive. They didn't look like the picture on the website and didn't fit. Returned them right away and thankfully kept the tracking number. They received the package Sept. 19th and I'm still yet to receive my refund back from them. Their reply was it takes ***** to sort through returns. Don't recommend this "company" at all.

We examined the product returned by this customer and feel confident the item is exactly as advertised on our website. Good quality and exactly as pictured. Our returns are processed within ***** business days upon receipt which is standard business practice. This customers return was was received on 9/19/22 and refund was processed on 10/5/22 which is within the promised time frame. Order, delivery and return were all processed per our company policies.Review from Monica R

Absolutely do not recommend buying any item from The girlfriend Company. The dress I ordered for my daughter took over a month to arrive! I tried to cancel after a week and they said they could not since it was on the way-even though a *** tracking number was not yet assigned after a weeks time. The quality is extremely poor -material is like a plastic tablecloth and there is no label. Their return policy is that they will accept it back within 60 days of the purchase date, which they already wasted 30 days, AND they will not provide a return label. Its $12 to return an item via *** ground that was $30.What a big mistake-never again. Make sure to pass this info along so others dont make the same mistake!!The only reason I gave them one star is I cant go any lower!The Girlfriend Company Response

****** - I see you ordered your item on 5/25/22 and received it on 6/23/22. We have 14 BUSINESS day shipping which is communicated at the time of checkout. Your shipment took 21 business days so it take a bit longer - our apologies for any shipping delays that occurred. Your dress does have a tag in it as it is located on the side hem toward the bottom of the dress. You are more than welcome to return the dress and due to the shipping delay, we would be willing to supply you with a free return label. We will be emailing a link to the return label so please look out for it. We are sorry your experience has not been a good one. We try our best to offer cute, affordable clothing and accessories. It is only standard for the larger corporate retailers to offer free returns as smaller boutiques usually do not. Thanks and please take care!
