Hired KC Roofing and Renovation Solutions to remove my old deck and replace with a stamped concrete patio and gas firepit with stone sitting wall. The crew did an amazing job and my backyard looks awesome. Love my new outdoor space.Review from Kevin S

We feel that the company failed to complete the full-contractual obligation that they bid on. They did redo our roof but the bid also included work on ceiling etc. They apparently underbid from this portion of the contract and walked away after they stalled for a few months. We had previously had just as good or better bid for the roof from a different area contractor. However, KC ********************************************** had then indicated that they would do some of the inside work that we needed for about **** to **** dollars. We thus accepted KC ********************************************** offer, so that all our needs would be covered in a simple 2-3 month period.It is now over 8 months later and they have let us know that they will not see that the promised ceiling work gets done. They told us to go find someone else to do it. We cannot apply for our final financial support from our insurer until this job is done.Review from michael c

I agreed to pay $850.00 for I thought were some significant work to my roof. Their two workers were here about 30 minutes or so. After signing the agreement I then noted the caveat after two provisions "as needed".Review from Jodie W

My husband and I have used this company on several projects. They painted our house . ******************* was so helpful in helping us choose the best paint and the right colors. They also restored our carriage house (garage). After major hail damage, they replaced our roof. In both of these projects, I was very nervous about workers stepping on my flower beds next to the house and was happy that my beds were not damaged at all! This year they replaced our hot water tank in the matter of hours. They were always on time and finished these jobs in the promised time frame. So many good things to say!! Great customer service. They have done **********************, garage doors, pocket doors, patio doors, luxury vinyl flooring and plumbing for me over the past 3 yrs. They keep the area clean and clean up so well at the end of the day. Give them a try. You will be impressed!
