We had a great experience with Closets by Design. Our designer put together a great piece for ** and the installer was great. We are super pleased with everything. Worth every *****.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your research and check out the better business bureau. I had a family member who used closets by design a few years back. I guess the company has changed. What was discussed and I thought drawn up correctly by *****, was not what was executed and expected. I asked many questions during the process because I was hesitant to move forward due to the cost. I'm not happy with the communication between *****, the builder, and the boss named *****. ***** argument is, the contract was signed and the design was straight forward. Well, on the day of the installation an entire drawer was missed and a fixed shelf had to be installed. I was expecting a more finished look pantry, but that did not happen because I signed the contract. The solution from *****, pay another $300 to have the unit go all the way to the floor as expected. Once again, I would not recommend the company. They even charged me before the project was completed. I paid half up front and they billed me before they had to come back out and finish the project.

Our new closet is so beautiful. Very professional staff. Well organized. Really appreciate the installer cleaning up after completion of the installation.Great company to work with.

Wonderful experience - the price, quality, customer service, installation and clean up was all excellent. The design team and installation team were exceptional. The communication was prompt and professional. We love our new master bedroom closet. Wish we would have called them sooner!!

Closets by Design did an amazing job on the master closet for in the house we just built. They were incredibly easy to work it, helped with the design process, and were great on communication. The closet is absolutely beautiful.

We originally had a media center and desk installed in October 2021. We had a great experience, and the install only took 1 full day. Unfortunately, 6 months later, our basement flooded, and we needed to demo and replace. We called Closets by Design in August 2022 and we had a completely different experience. Below is a timeline of events that left us frustrated:1. The demo was completed shortly after we signed the contract in August. All the materials were left in our basement when we were told theyd be taken with the demo. In addition, the demo resulted in multiple gashes and paint strips torn on the wall. 2. On January 12th the installer came and did not know the full scope of the project. He was unaware that a desk needed to be assembled in addition to the media center. 3. On January 12th, the installer was not scheduled for enough time to even complete the job he was assigned to do (media center). 4. The installer came back a few days later to finish the job. Unfortunately, he was unable to do so as the crown molding at the top was not measured appropriately and had to be redone.5. When contacted to schedule the project completion, we were given a date over 3 weeks later without an apology for the delays/issues.6. A new installer came back on February 7th to do the desk. Unfortunately, he put almost the entire desk together before realizing that the opening for the drawers was not measured properly.7. We waited almost an entire week for a phone call to reschedule or even a call to apologize for the significant issues we were having and that you all were making this top priority. That phone call never came. The most frustrating part is they charged our credit card on-file in full when we explicitly noted in the final delivery sign-off that management must contact ** before running our card. Instead of immediately receiving a communication and apology for the continual delays and issues, we were met with unanswered phone calls and voicemails.

We ordered a closet on 6/28 and waited nearly 6 mths for installation on 12/14. Imagine my surprise when the installation was not completed that day due to missing parts and incorrect installation!We called the following day and was told someone will follow up with ** on Monday. They did not. Since then, I have called multiple times, sent 3 emails and even posted on social media under multiple platforms. No one has contacted ** yet. The next step is going to the store. I am extremely disappointed in this after waiting so long. I'm even more disappointed in the lack of follow up and poor installation. Buyers beware!
