3/18/2024 Cost of repair: $385 (has not been paid as the service was not completed in an ethical way)We contacted **** Pearson for plumbing work on 3/16 on which he stated he would be out the next day. He contacted on 3/17 and said he couldn't be there. On 3/18, we contacted him asking if he was able to come look at the master shower that had leaked on 3/16 and caused our ceiling to fall in the garage. He came on 3/18 and was there for almost 4 hours. Stated that he believed the problem was the drain and replaced 2 parts. He left and said he would send the invoice later. The following day, the same leak was occurring. We contacted him at 8:00am and at almost 10am he replied saying he had been in a wreck and hurt his foot. We replied asking if he knew if he would be able to come back out anytime soon to look at our leak. We did not hear from him until 27 hours later (3/20) at 12:00pm stating he could meet us at our house now. When informed that we had to contact another plumbing company due to not having any communication from him, he proceeded to send an invoice for $385 and began calling my husband names, telling him we're shady and that he "has a family to feed on your ******** story". He also made comments via text stating that he would find us at church and that we would have to "live with our sin" because he is a ********** based" business. He began reaching out to our family members and making statements to them. We asked him for an itemized invoice and he stated "that's as itemized as you're getting". After contacting 2 additional plumbers, it was determined that he did work that was not needed and should not have taken him 4 hours to complete. We have since received more threatening messages from him telling us he will take us to small claims court and file a lein on our home if we don't pay him. We do not want contact from him any further. We have offered to pay $100 for his time, but do not feel we owe him money for the unnecessary work.

The service that I gave I charge for, I did not give a 100 percent that there would be no additional leaking.  I fixed what I was hired to fix.  Her husband and I shook hands on it and I was told that his wife would ***** me.  I was in a accident and I was not able to come out, her husband and I both looked at the job that I did and there was no leaking during that time the time I was there after the job was completed.  We tested for leaking ten minutes and we shook for the total cost of $385.00.  I still have not been paid for the work that I completed.
