I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They seemed indifferent to their clients' needs. I encountered numerous unexpected fees, and their rates were higher than other companies. Additionally, they failed to properly manage my funds, resulting in over three thousand dollars sitting unpaid in my reserves. This caused me significant financial stress and delays in paying my bills. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues, the company did not take responsibility. I had to repeatedly follow up, take time off work, and resubmit paperwork to ensure I received my payments. The process became more complicated than it should have been. When I finally received payments, there were unexplained extra fees. When I requested to end my contract, they seemed to make it difficult for me. The sales manager, IVO, had poor communication and delayed responses, making the situation even more frustrating. He suggested I write a review to get a lower rate but did not address my concerns. Overall, I found their service lacking and stressful to deal with.Review from Joe h
