  I hired them to powerwash my house, deck and car port. ******* was reluctant to wash high trim saying “ it was a lot of ladder work” I paid someone else $200. To do the very high ladder work. I did not deduct any money from ********* bid. ***** came and did the Powerwashing but didn’t do the porches, deck and ceilings to the porches and all of the white trim.I brought it to their attention. ***** reluctantly did the deck and stated that he had finished it all good and clean. I declined to go examine it because I am 89 and am not able to walk very well telling them I trust them. After they left I checked the easily visible part of the deck, it had a big piece of wood ripped out and the overhang covering my basement airway was easily reachable was still grimy dirty and could be easily wiped off with my finger but had not been washed. I called them and also sent pictures. ***** reluctantly came back to redo the ceilings , front porch and side porch which was in the agreement and had the railings still dry. He redid everything that he had not done and left without telling me when he left. I checked them again and the airway overhang was STILL as dirty and grimy as it was when he started. I contacted them again and this time the blocked me in every way. They did not refund any of my money and left my house still dirty and grimy. It is not mildew or something that is resistant to cleaning it just needs light Powerwashing but my husband is 89 and has dementia and I too, am 89. We have to have this done by someone else. They never explained why they didn’t do it properly. They said they were very experienced. Please help us!

  My name is ******* ****** the owner of this small business. I would like to start off by stating I am deeply saddened to read this complaint. We want all of our customers to be more than happy with our work. I was asked by **** ********* to Wash her home along with a few other things. We agreed on a price and a date. When we arrived to do the job all was well, my partner and myself got to work. Not touching any of the white trim work, due to her hiring another person to come and clean it. When the job was complete She came outside looked at the deck and said she wanted it washed, I would advise she took a look. not just the rails. misunderstanding on my part so we got to it. I then advised her to take a look at the entire home and she refused, I stated again I wanted her to be happy. She pays us and we load up and leave. Later I received a call from her stating she wanted every thing redone and every penny back. My partner went up there and rewashed the list of things she wanted done. We are confident this job was done and the issue is resolved.
