I was contacted by the ************************** to purchase an extended warranty on my vehicle. I was advised that I already had a policy in effect that was scheduled to expire and that my vehicle required a policy renewal. I paid $177.84 to Endurance for an activation fee which was reimbursed on 10/7/2024 after request of cancellation by phone on 10/4/24. I contacted Motor Vehicle Services on 10/4/24 to cancel my policy. The initial down payment was made on 9/16/24. I understood I had 30 days to cancel and receive the entire agreement price, and if after 30 days, they would refund the unearned agreement of purchase price on a pro rata basis. The representative from Motor Vehicle Services advised me to write a letter of cancellation and sign and send back the contract, which I did on 10/4/24. I then contacted ******* on 10/4/24 to discontinue the use of my **** debit card in making a $249.83 monthly payment. I paid *** companies $495.00 down payment on 8/19/24 and $249.83 to ******* for my first payment on 9/16/24.Since I did not receive a refund after cancellation, I contacted a Motor Vehicle Service representative on 11/13/24, who checked the cancellation letter and advised me I failed to follow instructions and the reason for cancellation was hilarious. . He further stated that nobody would have called and misrepresented their services. This representative would not state his name a second time but believe it was **** ******* - he also rudely stated he did not have a supervisor and refused to transfer my call. He said they cancelled the policy due to nonpayment. Thank you in advance.

I purchased a used vechicle, Jeep Wrangler 2018, on January 3rd, 2024 from ******************. I took a loan through ************************. On February 26th, 2024 I purchased warranty for $3393- I paid $565 that day, and currently pay $233 a month for 12 months. I took my car in to ******** Doctors on April 15th 2024- Ace submitted charges to Motor Vechicle Services who declined claim due to critria of warranty was not met yet. After meeting the criteria of the warranty- I took my car in for service to Ace Auto Doctor on July 25th, 2024 Ace then submitted my claim to the ******************* at Motor Vechicle Services. The ******************* then delined the claim stating that the title is Branded and Branded title voids the contract. On July 31st 2024 I went to ************************ and spoke to the banker who presented my title showing there was no Brand on the title. The *********** contacted Motor Vechicle Services to void the contract and they stated that they would not refund due to it being Branded. I have attached the title and documents showing the title not branded. In addition ****************** did not disclose that the vechicle was branded- I have also included the Iowa Motor Vechicle Damage Disclosure Statement from *****************. Currently I can not use the Warranty from Motor Vechicle Services . I would like to be reimbursed for all payments made to Motor Vechicle Services

The date the transaction started was on July 1st, 2024. I was contacted about my card extended warranty and they claim to be part of ******. At that time I felt that it was legit because they sent a mail in my previous address in *****, **. So I paid $150 both in August and September. I spoke to ****** inquiring about this and they told me that they are a predatory company and are scamming people out of their money for services that may or may not even exist. I also find it extremely weird that they are making me jump through hoops just to receive my refund and cancel my account. In fact what they are requesting me to do is send in a letter and a page 6 of 6 of their handbook in to request the refund. I should not nor should anyone else have to deal with scammy companies trying o steal their money unfolded false pretenses and force people to go through steps like this in order to rectify the situation.

The phone number and address used on their website is for a completely different insurance company in ********. Autoplex ES is a scam that works because when people call to complain like I did, some poor insurance agent knows just enough about insurance to come across as being evasive. Call the number ************, from their website. They also try to get your new info when you tell the scammers you no longer own the car. And because they use computer generated phone numbers, there's no way for a customer to call back.

Transaction occurred on Wednesday, May 1st. I had just bought a new car and I kept getting letters in the mail about a warranty issue so I called them and I was unknowingly pressured into buying a $395 warranty I didn't actually need. When I called back to see if I could get the transaction canceled and refunded, the man over the phone got confrontational toward me and refused to cancel it and refund me the money I spent. I do not need this warranty and have been vocal to them and my bank about getting it canceled and refunded but to no success. I can't afford the $199 monthly payments they want from me.

I have received multiple calls from this company, trying to sell me an extended warranty for my vehicle. Every time they call, they use a different phone number, so I cannot block them. I have told them multiple times to take my number off of their call list, and they just continue their sales pitch.

I provided a payment of $395 via credit card to Motor Vehicle Services for factory warranty services on May 18, 2024. I heard about the company through mail that they sent to my home. About 15 minutes later, I realized that what was being offered was not what I wanted. I called the company, immediately thereafter, and asked them to refund my money. ****** and ************, the manager were belligerent, continued to harass me, questioning my intelligence, and my decision to cancel the service. I called four times because neither would agree to give me my money back. Based on how I was treated as a customer, this company seemed to be fraudulent. The lack of respect and name calling was extreme. Eventually, I contacted my credit card company to report them as fraudulent to get my money back.

I have been trying to get my refund since last year. I cancelled this policy, called several times to confirm that they received my cxl letter . they confirmed they did several times and advised that i would receive my refund w/ in 30 days 3 times and yet to receive it. I am just getting the runaround . No one ever gets back to me . So now, to get their attention and to show i mean business. this is the first step in to take action. if i still get ignored , I will start procedure again to get my refund . I will get the same paper work i wrote to cxl , certified mail again and sent over to them . only difference I will have my lawyer do it for me. Call me to resolve this by giving me a confirmation number that my check is in the mail and on its way by certified mail .
