    ****** ******, hiring manager and HR at this location is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Dominos main page clearly states if you are not satisfied with your order, a refund maybe issued. I was told in an email I should have refused the food if it looked tampered with and no compensation would be made, regards. I will be contacting corporate with this complaint to receive my money back. Both times food came, it was burnt, smashed and incorrect. Manger was rude abd mean was not worth $60. This woman does not deserve the position she has.

    Horrible, we received 2 out of 5 pizzas. I drove to the location and it was my fault they didnt deliver them all.Hate this place Order here!

    I really have a lot to say about this particular place this place has awesome food it is good but it ain't worth it it is not worth what you have to go through to get that food. All I wanted to do was order my niece a gift card for her birthday and so I went on there and they let me order it put all my information in and put her name my name her phone number because they was going to text it to her and submit my order I paid and then they didn't send it to her they sent me an email with it so I called them to tell them that I just needed them to cancel that email and send it to her like they were supposed to do to begin with and I got really hassled by a really hateful woman that answered the phone and she can't put me on hold I was on hold with her for over 20 minutes and the only reason she came back to the phone was to ask me to hold on again and I told her no because I had to go to work all I needed them to do was just send the gift card she told me that I could not call back there and make a complaint until 24 hours I told her to cancel it because by *********** hours was up my niece's birthday would be over with and she told me I couldn't cancel it and that when she placed the order online that it was non-refundable and that there was nothing that she could do I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me that was no supervisor available I told her that I just needed to talk to somebody else because I really need to have I really needed to get this fixed and it was not doing any good to be on the phone with her and she told me that if I wanted to speak to someone else that I needed to hang up with her and call back so I would get somebody else and she hung up on me. Now here I sit wait for work my niece still has not received a gift and about $40 in the whole for no reason not to mention extremely aggravated and frustrated I will never ever shop with this place again

    They steal money. I was charged for something I didnt receive. I contacted the store several times and was ignored for days. When someone finally talked to me, they said I was too late. They are thieves, if you look through ****** reviews you will see this is a reoccurring issue. I spoke with the manager of the customer service team and she said she refuses to help this issue because they refuse to give me the money they stole from me. ************************* and ********************* are the most disrespectful customer service people I have ever talked to.

    The manager ****, is very rude and dismissive. He’s overly hyper when trying to talk to me about my order being wrong. I asked to speak with someone else , he told me he runs the place and that it’s a family business. That is a complete lie. I highly doubt he owns dominos. His entire family is working there, so I was in a bias situation. They are racist and disrespectful. I would never go back again.

    Racial disrespect and degradation. A white middle aged male employee yelled at and “banned” me from ever ordering at the store any more. I am a middle aged, African-American female, who has an MBA, home owner and business woman. It all centered around a young African-American male remaking a veggie pizza because they forgot to include the anchovies. Both he and another employee noted that the anchovies were missing, so he remade it. I asked him to make it on thin crust the 2nd time. Originally, I forgot to ask for thin and since they’d already started making it, I agreed to the thick crust. Problem arose when anchovies were missing and the white man accused me of trying to get a thin crust, when I was trying to get the anchovies baked in as requested. My family and I are frequent customers at that location. I have never see this disrespectful, condescending white man before, but his behavior is unacceptable in business serving a predominantly Black Community!!

    Incomplete order received and noted by us about 5 min after driver left. Contacted store. Told him we needed the garlic sauces brought to us as that part of the order was not delivered. He refused. He said he was the manager but would not give me his first name. Manager said I could come to the store if I wanted the sauces. I again told I expected the order to be completed as we payed a delivery charge. He said "you wont drive down here for sauces?" No because I paid for delivery of a complete order. I used the word damn twice but at no time directed it to him personally. Manager starts saying "you cussing at me. You cussing at me." And hung up the phone. Earlier in the conversation I asked him who owned the store and he wouldn't or couldn't tell me. I have talked to my bank about disputing the debit card charge due to incomplete delivery of product. We had just returned to buying pizza from the store because we had heard service had improved. The previous two times we ordered delivery, we received what we were supposed to get. Unfortunately I don't know if we will use that store again.

    Horrible service. Delivery is longer than 1 hour! They make the pizza and then it sits there getting cold and disgusting. The pizza arrived colder than the bottle of soda that I ordered. If you cannot run a business with ethics, customers in mind, satisfaction then you should close your doors and go out of business. Clearly this Dominos location fails over and over. I have NEVER had a good experience with this location. It is poorly managed and operated and has pathetic standards of customer service, ethics and delivering on time. I wish this location closed its doors for good!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

    I ordered my pizza online at 7:37pm and was told that my order should be ready between 8:20 pm - 8:30 pm. When I arrived at the store at 8:30 there was a line of people outside and in the drive up window. The local law enforcement was also there. The were almost 2 hours behind on orders, mouthing off to the customers, no one could go inside to talk to them because they had locked the doors, only one person working on making pizzas while three other stood around just looking. They made no attempt to talk to customers to try and resolve the issues. It was not until the customers ask the Officers to go and talk to them that one of the young ladies tried to get our names so that she could organize the orders and let us know where we stood and she was not even the Manager. The Manager just looked at us through the glass talking stuff. Another Rude young lady came to the door to tell us that the wait was over 2 hours and we could either wait or cancel our orders. I was told that my order was second in line and that it would be about twenty minutes before my order came up and the other lady outside with me was told that her order would take an hour, yet her order came out before my order did. Needless to say I did not get my pizza until 10 pm. I do not eat meals at this time of the evening but I had to and my children needed to eat. How is this business still allowed to operate in our community like this, with no care or concern to the people who spend money in your establishment. I will not be spending anymore of my money here and I would encourage others not to either.

    Paid for 2 pizzas with 3 toppings each. Received wrong order. The pizzas I got were both one topping and not even close to what I ordered. There is no available Method to fix the situation. They won't answer the phone, they will let it ring for 20 mins and never answer. Orders can only be made thru the app/website. The delivery insurance is a joke, no option to fix the order just a discount on a future order that they will also mess up. So I'm out $25 bucks. They deserve to be shut down. Never ordering dominoes again.
