I entered into a contract in July of 2018 with Spectrum Lawn and ********** The contract covered the care and fertilization of my Zoysia lawn (front and back). The last two years 2021 and 2022 they have all but killed my zoysia. I have attempted to call and send an email to ******************* at the company. He came by on **** and reviewed the status of my lawn. He was suppose to call before he stoppd by to make sure I was here. Unfortunately on **** I was at the ************ having a AFIB procedure and was not at home. Since then I have called him several times and sent an email on 4-17-23. All of which he has ignored I have been trying to come to some type of settlement for the damage his company has done and he has done nothing but avoid my calls.

Client called concerned about being on a Zoysia program, after looking into the history of the account we did realize that our data entry of the program was incorrect.  However, the treatments that we provided did not damage the zoysia in any way.  New zoysia sod was placed around sewer work and was not thriving in the location it was placed due to environmental factors of shade etc.  ***, the President of Spectrum Lawn and ********** had stopped by the property, taken pictures and reached out to client prior to leaving town.  *** did respond to email sent on 4/17.  *** and client met and we have agreed to remove the zoysia sod and install fescue sod at no charge.  Please note there was no damage to the property, yet the client was overcharged for the lawn program in the amount of applications that would have been less on a zoysia program.  Settlement has been reached and will be providing the work ASAP.
