            Reports the wrong thing to credit messing up my credit..my credit went down so much in the last 3 years staying here and my rent was paid on time because I have section 8 assistance that pays full amount..Pays rent with a extra fees they charge over 30 dollars for a filters that comes every 3 months, also keeps changing management with properties that you can't contact your landlord at all..they charge monthly for someone to come out and get rid of insects and mice..house is infested and they are know of the issue but still hasn't sent anyone out to assist..I was moving to another property of theirs and put my 65 dollar application in and got the house later they told me it switched management and they would email me the information..still haven't received anything yet in my email, voicmail or nothing..I keep calling leaving messages sending emails and no response..and I'm honestly not sure if they are the actual people I don't know

            Unfortuanatley Ms. ***** has a bad habit of noty paying her rent on time and between the periods of 5/1/2021 and 3/30/2022 never had a 0 balance with us, so all the 30 day late charges would be reported to the credit bureus. See attached ledger for reference

            I am rejecting this response because: my credit went down as soon as I moved in back in 2019 when my balance stayed at 0..my credit went down because of all the false reports..if you need anything more to prove it I can pull it up on my credit report and send it as well.. they also scam, charging extra for things we don't get

            they were not false reports, we did not report to credit in 2019, so we could not have been the cause of her drop back then we only reported to credit in late 2020 and 2021.;  Please review the ledger I already provided, the reports were valid
