    Tyrell ****** started communicating with me on June 4, my GE Refrigerator freezer was not freezing my foods. I initially called Florissant Appliance repair and scheduled an appointment. They sent Tyrell ****** who has his own company. He came to my condomand looked at the freezer stating I needed an electrical panel that had burned out. The cost was originally $385.00 I asked if he offered senior discounts which was $25.00. I paid $385 using Cash App which he said would be less expensive. I got a paid receipt. He also gave me the $25.00 discount back on my Cash App. The part arrived to my house on June 6. I texted Tyrell the same day letting him know the part had arrived. He texted me back on June 6 scheduling June 7. He arrived as scheduled and installed the new part. Telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours for the freezer to adjust. He had the thermostat set at 0. On June 8 I texted him stating the freezer still is working, not even making ice. Again he texted me back on June 8 stating to give it more time to regulate sometimes it takes time. On June 11 I texted Tyrell the freezer still isnt working. He texted back on the same day asking what I had the thermostat set on, I told him I left it where he had set on 0. He replied I come by the next day which was June 11 also said put it on -7 my freezer didnt have -7 so I set it at -6. He replied ok. I texted him again June 12 with an update telling him still NOT working. He agreed to come back but never showed up. June 17 I was frustrated and angry that I paid him for the part and for the installation to be treated without a follow up visit. STILL NO FREEZER AND STILL NO TYRELL. He sent me a text stating he hadnt forgotten me apologized for the inconvenience. He also said he would be back on June 20still a no show! He is not a professional!

    Tyrell fixed the appliance but the total charges were misrepresented. We were advised the $85 diagnostic fee would apply to the total charges but was charged separately. After the repair was completed Tyrell had my wife sign a blank electronic signature pad and was advised the receipt/invoice would be emailed. When the invoice arrived electronically the $85.00 diagnostic fee was charged separately and NOT applied to the total charges quoted by Tyrell. The $85.00 diagnostic fee was not applied to the total repair as was represented that it would be, and a clear itemized invoice was not presented until after the transaction was complete and paid. When we attempted to clarify the charge, we were advised by "The Appliance Repair **** the contracting company who assigned Tyrell to complete this repair, that we since we had already signed the (albeit blank electronic) invoice there would be no refund of the diagnostic fee. It appeared this was a practiced routine, and not the first time they've been called out for the sketchy practice. I strongly recommend against doing business with either Tyrell or "The Appliance Repair **** ********

    *** you filed a complaint on my business page. You did not book your appointment with my business. My service fees are $65 for new customers $55 for existing customers and referrals. You booked your appointment through a company that has its own prices and policy. If you did book through my company the cost of your repair wouldve been $175 total including the service fee. Im apologize for your inconvenience however it was clearly stated how much it would cost to fix your dryer you agreed. Your wife did not sign a blank invoice you were at work she was at home and I explained everything to her and you. I also gave you a $20 discount on the total repair cost. Anything else I can help you with you have my number

    Motor was not working. He ordered the part to be sent to our house, but would not give tracking number. Part ended up at wrong address and when it finally came he spent two hours trying to put in a part that he admitted came in used..... told us he would refund our money in 10 days and now is not responding to calls or texts. It's been 2 months...Very unprofessional.

    Don’t get your washer fix just buy a new one…. Tyrell came out to look at my washer on 3/28 said it was the spinning thing so I asked do you think I just need to get a new one he was like naw we can fix it….that day I paid $235 the next day it still wasnt working so he came back out and said it was the motor so I ordered a motor for $90 so when it came on 4/13 he told me he was coming on 4/17 and he really didn’t show up until 4/24 to put the motor in and here it is 4/26 and my washer still not working….so I told him it’s still not working all he told me to do is unplug it so I did that and it’s still not working……I don’t recommend you getting washer fix just buy another one

    Technician did not show up for scheduled appointment and did not answer his phone when I or the warranty company called him after missing the scheduled window.
