    Good evening,On 12/30/23 I ordered two poster prints from Nikkey Creative and paid a total of $219.99. As instructed on the website I reached out to the seller via email on 1/1/24 to inquire about the cost of adding high gloss to the artwork. The seller responded promptly and said that I would need to order upgrade to "canvas prints" which were on sale buy one get one free and the cost to switch including the high gloss finish and shipping was an additional $140.00. ($125 high gloss plus $15 upgrade to canvas prints). I agreed to the additional amount and the seller sent a link via email on 1/2/24 to pay the remaining balance since I was unable to submit payment again through the website. Per the ************************ website under the *** for policy and shipping all custom orders are completed within 8-12 weeks. I sent an email to ****************************** on 4/1/24 and again 4/15/24 to inquire about the status of the order and was told that the order would be shipped via ***** during the week of 4/16/24 and tracking information would be sent via email. Follow up emails were sent on 5/15/24 and again on 6/2/24. The seller replied on 6/4/24 stating that the delay was due to needing to secure a new workspace and that the order should be shipped the week of 6/11/24 with tracking information sent via email. Another follow up email was sent to the seller on 7/1/24 asking for a full refund in the amount of $359.99 due to the delay and it being six months since the order was placed, but the seller did not respond. The final email was sent to the seller on 9/18/24 requesting a refund, but again the seller did not reply. The email chain between the seller and I and order conformation from the website are attached for your review. Thanks for your assistance!

    I ordered a canvas print and a couple of other paintings from nikkeycreative.com. The canvas never came. I was in touch with the owner via email. They assured me that they made a mistake and they would send me the money I paid for the missing canvas. I have made several attempts ************ the canvas I paid for or my money back. I have not received a refund or the canvas I paid for.
