    On Tuesday Sept 17, 2024, I, **** ***********, had an appointment for a perm. I received that service, however, the student failed to rinse the perm solution thoroughly from hair prior to adding the neutralizer. Today, my hair is as flat as it was prior to paying $70 for a failed execution of proper service.On Thursday Sept 26, 2024, I mailed a complaint letter to a Supervisor at Grabber requesting to be contacted via my email address so we could remedy this issue. It has been at least 5 full working days that the letter should have been received, and I have heard nothing back from the company, thus the filing of this complaint. I would like the public to know I have received several perms and cuts from Grabber students in the past and this is the first fail, the students usually do a great job following proper procedures.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    My time is valuable and I do not feel I should have to come back in for this issue to be resolved when I provided clear pictures of the outcome of the failed perm due to the students negligence to follow proper procedures. 

    I also clearly established where the student failed. I would like my full refund in the mail as soon as reasonably possible, so this may actually be resolved.
