I require work completion including stairs and front door. Work has been in progress for months with little work being done. Usually responds within 2-3 business days. Hasn't responded to previous 2 inquiries about work completion. Work cycle usually includes 2 half days every three weeks. Communication and scheduling is terrible and needs major improvement. There is a signed contract that obligates work being completed. If work isn't completed in the next month I will request a partial refund and request termination of contract since it hasn't been fulfilled.

I hired ****** to re-model my kitchen. He was adamant about not getting any inspections done. Thank goodness someone drove by and noticed how much construction was going on. The inspector showed up and demanded he tear up all of the concrete that he laid with water pipes in the concrete. The inspector was not happy whatsoever. To make matters even worse This contractor volunteered or asked if I wanted to store three antique dental chairs in his garage so he could have more room in my garage to work. A shouldve followed my gut instinct but I didnt. This individual has never returned the ****** chairs. I also have cabinets that will not open because they are hitting the ceiling. I have A TV that is not installed the way its supposed to be. He left more than half of the screws in the box for the bracket. All of my vents are filled with dirt dust and debris. I tried to contact him over and over telling him that I wanted things resolved I even gave him fair notice that I would be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau if I did not hear from him. I gave him more than 30 days to respond to me and I got nothing. I would suggest not hiring this individual.

The job was completed on 5-10-2021, and that was when the last payment was received. The job was done beautifully. Regarding the chairs, I was storing them for her and I could not store them any longer. I notified her to come and get them but she failed to do so.  I could not store them forever. They were not antique. I will be sending photos to BBB office.

Dear sir or maam. I am rejecting his response to my complaint. This contractor volunteered to store these very expensive hydraulic dental chairs for me because I did not have room in my garage. He never reached out to me and said he was going to sell them himself or never asked me to come and get them even though I made several requests asking him when I could come and get them. This individual left my house in a condition which still requires a lot of work. Please see the photos attached of the beautiful work that he claims he did.

The contractor and I still had an ongoing business relationship up until February this year. I became suspicious of his responses to me. One response said him and his whole family had ***** so he couldnt respond to me for over two months. Another response said he would start and finish the work by March of this year. I am an owner of a business that buys sells antiques. Theres no way I wouldve simply given ****** these ****** chairs that are valued over $6000. He volunteered to store them in his warehouse all the way down in *********** ******** since he was using more than half of my garage for all of his tools and equipment. I have asked ****** at least 10 times to return the ****** chairs and I kept getting excuses. The last communication that ****** and I had was in March of this year. We still had work for him to finish and still owed a small balance to him so its my understanding the renovations were never completely done. He never reached out to me Once I started asking for the chairs back. This made me believe that he stole them or lets say sold them himself without my permission. I hope and pray that This contractor be responsible for taking items that were not his to begin with. Thank you so much for your time .
