I have been a member of the credit union for 34 years. The most unsatisfactory changes occurred when they transitioned from Anheuser-***** Employees' Credit Union and American Eagle Credit Union to Together Credit Union. The level of service has drastically declined as well as business hours in physical locations. They continually process updates making it less efficient to conduct business online. Their online banking technology becomes more basic and cumbersome with each update. One of the updates deleted all of my external accounts. I contacted customer service and was told that I simply needed to add them back onto my account. Its not a simple process and takes multiple steps to accomplish. Another update deleted all of my credit cards from the main screen. Most financial institutions increase user products over time; however, TCU seems to revert to elementary practices. I only keep my accounts open because they are some of the longest accounts in my credit history. I am 100% disappointed in the demise of TCU and I would not recommend using them.Review from Pamela H

They allowed someone to use my identity to get a loan. I have file a police report to get to the bottom of it. It has now it my credit and brought it down 50 points for non payment. I was told it would be on hold until the investigation is over. Well that was a lie. I can’t get anyone to call me back and when I do it’s a bunch of blah blah blah. This need to be removed because I didn’t apply for a $12,000 loan. My next step is to sue the company which my lawyer is working on it now. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Someone definitely dropped the ball on this one. Get this shit off of my credit now!!Review from Jordan C

This company is a scam. They will hold you hostage while trying to get out of a loan they knew was outrageous for interest rates. Stay away do not finance a vehicle through them.Review from Skylar F

Avoid like the plague. I am currently being strong armed into staying co-signed on a vehicle. I was to be co-signer, somehow my name is first on the title meaning Im not really the co-signer now. I have explained to them that the person I co-signed for and I are no longer together and that it was an abusive situation which usually in these types of situations they have a release for this but no, Im stuck.Review from LASHAWN L

I have tried to get my name off of my sister account several times. I have went into the bank to sign papers and I have signed papers electronically to remove my name. Yet today I received a email stating my account its negative. I am stunned because I just viewed my account this morning. After reading the email again its my sister account who my name was removed from. This is ridiculous that I have to continue to address the same issues.Review from James t

do not use this credit union for ANYTHING! I own several businesses and would not recommend this pave to my worst enemy! Use at your own risk!

Ive been with this credit union since it was AB employees CU then American Eagle. I never had issues with either, but when the credit union was switched to Together I never had such terrible service in my life. The representatives were extremely unprofessional as well as the manager! Who accused me of trying to get money back that I had spent when the whole reason for calling was about why my account kept getting blocked when I had money in there. Horrible, horrible experience. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. I am switching ASAP!!Review from Carole D

This company is a SCAM!!! Worst credit union ever. will never do business with them again. Charged me for insurance on my loan that then i couldn't use even though i gave them a letter and multiple reason for me getting behind, loss of income, illness and a death. claimed they reached out to me but I never received anything in email or mail. Then charged off my loan when I went to finally pay it could not do it online. I do not recommend this company. Buyer be ware. Worst experience ever compared to my bank and other credit unions I've used in the past. Also i tried to refinance but they were going to double my rate. the whole point of refinancing is to lower it.
