On February 27, 2024 I had the above company (ASAP Garage Door Services) come out to fix my garage opener. They arrived around 7 oclock at night and finished in about an hour. I was told I had an eight year warranty on the all the services that I received. ( Garage door opener overhead, sensor for the new garage door opener, garage door opener for my car, and garage door opener for the wall). I was so glad that my garage opener was fixed that I forgot to get the warranty. I called Matan on February 29, 2024 the guy who installed everything and I told him that I didnt get a warranty. He stated that he will get in touch with his boss and email me the warranty that day. I forgot about it for two days so I texted Matan on Monday March 4, 2024 and told him that I still have not received the warranty but he did not respond so I waited for about one hour and I called him and told him who I was and he hung up on me. I called back and he didnt respond. So I called the main office and explained what happened and the guy said that he would call his boss. I waited two hours and called back and he asked My boss didnt call you? I told him no, he then said let me call you back in five minutes. By now I was tired of this back and forth so I asked for the owner, then I stated let me have the *** number and he said No you dont need to talk to the ***. So I told him I will give you five minutes! I finally talked with the operating manager ********** and he finally emailed me the warranty. Well on February 29, 2024 I noticed that the garage door was shaking whenever I let up or down so I called the company on March 6,2024 and I was told to send a video. I sent the video and waited an hour and called back the guy said that he didnt see anything wrong. I contacted Bar again and I was given an appointment for Friday the 8th between ***** No one showed up then the handle to open the garage broke. I finally got it fixed yesterday. I would like to be reimbursed some money.

The company that came out to fix **************** door in ***********, GA was not our company. A.S.A.P. Garage ************ **** is located in *******, ** and we have a second location in ***********, **. We do not travel to ******* nor do we outsource our work to other companies. We also do not have anyone here by the name of *****.

We also do not email or have an online portal for invoices, our techs hand writes them out and the customer receives a pink carbon copy.  We also do not email receipts out via Workiz.
The address thats listed on the receipt of the invoice the customer attached to the complaint says *************************************************************************************************************** with phone number ************. A.S.A.P.Garage Door Repair ****s address is *************************** *******, ** ***** with phone number ************. I have attached a copy of our invoice to this so you can see the difference.

Also, our after hour service rate is $205.00 and we do not offer an 8 year warranty on any services. We have a 1-year labor warranty and the labor warranty on the parts depends on what parts they are.
We spoke to someone on the phone at the BBB on March 18th and explained to them that the company (ASAP Garage Door Services) was using our information for their BBB site and overcharging customers, upselling customers on things they do not need and not getting back to customers. We are not sure if they are scammers but we do know they are using our information.

We would like this complaint removed from our BBB site, as it is not a legit complaint against A.S.A.P. Garage ************ **** in *******,**.

Good Morning I have tried twice to send a video and pictures but it will not proceed. I dont understand what is going on but my question is if this is not their company then how is it that they are using their receipts? Because that is where I got the information from right off the receipt I got from them. I dont know how I am suppose to file a complaint against another company when I dont have proof. This is the only proof I have and it is coming from the receipt that I received. I hope that someone from BBB can give me some guidance. I tried calling your number that you provided but no ever answered it.
