My wife made the first call and spoke to a salesman, who admitted the rails came in too short for the Evolution 84" golf cart roof. She asked how long before the manufacture sent the right rails and he quoted 5 to 6 weeks. I called and mentioned this to a different salesperson. He said, "I never heard that before". So, I sent my picture and ordered a $879 cover. The cover arrived within a week, after being quoted 4 to 5 weeks. But alas, two of the side rails where to short (1" less than stated on parts list). Argh!!! It's Christmas so I will try getting the right parts next week. I hope I have better luck than the rest of these negative reviews. Wish I had read this before forking out $879 to a company, who does not even show their *********** ** address online. Argh again!!!Review from Bill M

I ordered my DoorWorks cover from Ace Golf Cart Covers in November of 2020. Shipping was three times longer than they said it would be but I finally received and installed my cover. Fits great - I am very happy with it. The problem is with Ace Golf Cart Covers not delivering all of my order. After calling and emailing ***** at Ace several times I finally got a refund to my PayPal account for my windseal kit. I never heard back from ***** after my last email - just got the credit to my account. From reading other complaints and reviews it looks as if ***** and Ace Golf Cart Covers should not be the company to order from. It is disappointing that, in a chat with DoorWorks, they suggested I use Ace to order their products. The people a DoorWorks need to understand how Ace and ***** treat customers.Review from John B

Received my cover it did not have the hardware to install it I have been waiting over a week. I guess I will buy nuts and bolts to install.have called and sent emails.the worst company I have ever dealt with .Review from Charles H

This company has an horrendous rating on BBB and for good reason. My experience:Rude customer service.Multiple follow-*** on order status because online order look-up function doesn't work.Delayed shipping.Fortunately my order was cancelled because I was "hostile". My goodness this outfit doesn't have a clue.AVOID AVOID.
