            TEL installed wood floors in my condo while I was gone. *** promised to come back and fix problems.He came back once and fixed SOME of the biggest gaps between boards that a credit card could stand ** in. He promised to come back and fix the board that had popped up almost 1/4 of an inch. That was July 12. I have called *** , his father and the company. No one has returned my call.I should never have left and given them a check for the full amount. I believed ***, senior when he said Dont worry. If you find any problems when you get back, we will come back and fix them.I have called ProSource(**********) where *** took me to purchase the flooring.I am not sure of that relationship, but they wont return my call either.I am a 78 year old single woman and dont know what else to do. If you cant help me, I guess I will have to find and pay a floor repair company. Also, *** miscalculated the amount of flooring needed. I only have 1 full board and 3 small boards left.
