Midwest St Moving and Storage LLC handled my move via Moving APT services and they claimed it as professional full pack and unpack services but here is my experience and they literally stole/lost 40% my stuffs and i lost all my valuable items from the home (3K WORTH). All my damaged items were delivered like a Trash into my Garage. Driver didnt even walk through my delivered stuffs with list and he just left off without me verifying the total items and next day i found most of the expensive items were missing. All of these items were packed and delivered under full pack service from the company. My total family was upset as all our valuable stuffs were lost and delivered like a trash AND we all had very emotional feeling on those hard earned and sentimental items with long memories as that was our first home we moved from and the driver was very rude on talking to me and i had to ask the family to stay out as felt not safe with the condition he was in delivering the stuffs.Honestly whole family still not recovered from the trauma from how our stuffs got delivered. The ****** soundbar and Av denon receiver is my wife gift for anniversary. My son who loved the gaming lost his xbox console, Brand new Bike from Aunt which got for birthday and cried multiple days which is a hard feeling as a father like me to go through, these are the items which me and my wife earned with long hour work for last 10 years here and built the home with every emotional values, Felt like someone Ransacked my whole house which we valued so much. THE DELIVERY DRIVER SEEMED TO BE UNDER INFLUENCE AS WELL AND TALKING RUDE TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO GET DETAILS. HE SIMPLY TOOK THE MONEY AND LEFT OFF. LOOKS LIKE PLANNED ROBBERY FROM ***I am not sure who can help in this situation but in *******, there is a business who simply lose your stuff or stolen. Feels like i got cheated with this business of moving or got robbed in the name of business. PLEASE DONT ever go to this business. ITS A WARNING!!!

This company has strung me along for almost two years and has yet to provide me with a satisfactory resolution. MC: ******* DOT: ******* My move occurred during the week of 9/23/2022 and originated in ** and concluded in **. We originally contracted with Allied One Moving and Storage, LLC under reference number *******. They brokered the load to Midwest. We were advised that our move would initiate on the date of Friday 9/23/22. On 9/23/2022, I was advised that the driver (apparently *** (sp?)) was available, but he could not find loaders to get to my home in ** on that date. We waited until past 3pm on that date to later be advised that the move would occur on Saturday 9/24/2022. On 9/22, we received a text advising that our items will be picked up September 23, 2022. The driver will be arriving between 8am to 11am, you will receive a phone call from your driver 30 minutes to an hour prior to arrive. For further assistance contact **************** at ************. I responded to the text message when it was received. On 9/24, the movers and driver eventually showed upwell past 11am and began to load the truck. The driver who was very unprofessional and uncoordinated, actually had to leave the job to return to his hotel room to retrieve a watch that he left there. He also hired individuals to wrap and load my items into his truck. In that load, we had several items that were stolen from us. We did file a police report. On Monday 9/26/2022, *** arrived with the truck and again hired a local crew to unload and place my furniture into my home in *************. The crew to include ***, stole the above referenced items. On 9/27/2022, we made Allied One Moving and Storage aware of the stolen items via an email that was sent to ******************************************** We also sent text messages to *** and his boss (***** or ******??). We were insulted and called irresponsible? We have not yet reached a resolution.

(Full details in PDF attached below)Pickup date: 5/29. Original Drop-off date told: 6/9-6/12. Delivery Date: 7/4 Issues:Hustling me in my home for more money, to paid under the table, with threats of not being able to complete my pick-up, on the day of, is unethical, unprofessional, predatory and made me feel very uncomfortable as I was home alone with 4 unknown men Increasing my price by $600 when items- very large, heavy items- were removed from the inventory is again unethical, unprofessional and predatory Mistakenly taking my belongings to ******* and having them thrown on the grass and sidewalk If you are doing pickups/deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays then you are conducting business on weekends and holidays. Therefore, as a moving company, performing moving duties on these days, then they count as business days. You cannot say that these days do not count as business days but still do business and collect payments on these days. So by this logic, my belongings were late, taking 39 days instead of the 30 maximum. ******* (the manager) rude, abrasive, dismissive, no type of customer service skills. She called me a liar, hung up in my face twice, refused to share the contact information of the owner of the company and promised call-backs that were never followed through with. She needs to be fired. Point blank period.12 delivery dates. Customers are not just sitting at home waiting for delivery. Life is still happening every day. When a company communicates a date, jobs must be notified that you will be taking off from work, children and pets must be taking to daycare to prevent being in the way and so on and so forth. It is unacceptable to be sitting at home waiting for a delivery that does not come again and again when plans and arrangements have already been made.Missing items Broken items No appropriate compensation
