    Last June I contact mazda to book me a recall service nearest my place which is mazda bommarito st ******. During the visit they let me wait for long hrs just to check the brake code if it needs replacement or not. I patiently wait cause they said they couldnt provide me a car. After waiting and waiting so decided to pull out the car and just to come back because i have work during that day. After I said that im gonna pull out *** car they immediately said the car was okay. Lol but okay yeah. When I arrived home I noticed a scratch in my car, hood area. And they left a tool inside the hood. I immediately contact them to look into it. All they said is to give me a call back. I tried calling them again the next day, same answer. 3rd, same answer. This is when i get mad. So after i get mad they booked me a schedule to look the scratch and to return the tool. During the 2nd scheduled visit i talk to service ******* (****) and said the scratch was not made by them. He said might hit by a stone. He also said that i called them for first visit about the scratch. Which is not true because I visit them for the recall. Also if my main concern during first visit is the scratch I couldve let them fix it. So since the service ******* doesnt listen, I approached the gen ******* (*****) to look at it and he said its not made by stone. And all he can do is to examine the recorded calls and videos made during service and give me a call back. I waited and they never call back. So i called him. He said they couldnt reach the phone calls recording and to track the video. And he needs to talk to his boss.

    I received very poor customer service from **************************************************************** County. I contacted the dealership was told the vehicle was available. Completed application and an hour later told the car sold. Which is understandable but to NEVER get a call back, credit ran knowing car was sold in seconds, still no call back 4 business days later, contacted management still no response back. Very bad taste in our mouth. Never good to experience a very strong sales approach and not being heard. VERY disappointed!!

    I had my brakes replaced 8 months ago because my front wheels were wobbling badly. They said they did not feel any wobbling. Later that day, Bommarito claimed that my pads and rotors were bad. So I agreed to replace the front brakes. Now Im having the same problem once again and they say the brakes are bad again. 8 months later!?!?! In my 40 years of driving, I have NEVER had to replace brakes in 8 months. EVER!! Mazda brakes are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, according to Bommarito. Apparently not.Terrible company to work with and terrible attitude from the service specialist. She was rude and acted as if she couldnt care less about my issue. Our family will never buy a vehicle from Bommarito again OR use them for any type of service/repairs. Embarrassingly bad ALL AROUND. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

    I bought a 2017 pathfinder from them in June of 2021 i signed a clean car fax signed the certified paperwork and warranty through motor trend easycare. I started hearing a rattling grinding sound so i made an appointment to have it looked it at at the dealership and the guy asked what year it was and said ill tell you now that ill just end up taking it across the street to the ****** dealership so why should i be a middle man... so i left and made an appointment with the ****** dealership. They told me there was nothing wrong. That was in December 2021. The warranty that came with car expired end of December. The noise continued to get worse so i went back in March or 2022 and bought am extended warranty through easy care again. I brought my car to a different dealership in Illinois and was told that i need a new transmission. The warranty denied it saying its a preexisting problem. The person before me brought it to the same ****** dealership i took it to and was told there was an issue with the transmission and they denied repair. April of 2021... i bought this car literally 2 months later. So i called bommarito and they said they will get everything fixed and settled for me.... they have now had my car for 3 weeks and replaced the transmission but the grinding sound is still there and they said the transfer case needs replaced... warranty company and dealership argued for days and decided neither one wanted to pay for it so they want me to pay over 5 thousand dollars or it won't get fixed.... this car should have never been on their lot to sell without fixing all these prior issues. I am currently still trying to get them to replace this part.DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TAKE YOU'RE CAR TO GET REPAIRED HERE.

    I came in to the dealership and looked at a new Mazda, I filled out a credit app and they ran it well to this day Im still getting banks sending me denials in the mail, I have a stack of about 35 different banks on my table at home, yes I didnt get approved but this totally affected my credit in a bad way my credit really got hurt from it and Im still getting stuff to this day which is really upsetting because I would never think they would send it everywhere to check, I wouldve thought they wouldve sent it to a few banks and if that didnt work out then oh well then that didnt work out but as many inquiries as Ive gotten in the mail its just really upsetting because now my credit is really hurt from it
