    Ordered 2 shirts and a hat on 6/16/24, received confirmation of order, my card was processed and money dispersed for the order. I followed up on shipping status as I was supposed to arrive within 7 days never came! Tried to check status in website, received error link I was provided in confirmation of order email wasnt valid! Reached out via email and called left several messages, no response. I sent a very ***** email and text message to owner of company listed on the site and he finally responded a weeks ago to refund my money and I havent received anything yet! The order was never shipped according to the owner because he was sick? Nope, this smells of fraud and I and demanding my full refund!

    I replied to this complaint already... Not sure why this system did not record the response. The customer ordered a custom set of items. The items had been completed and the client misunderstood the production time and delivery times which are clearly stated on the website. Finnally the client was refunded and the person she was buying the items for paid for the items so then her money was refunded.

    Order Details: On 11/12/2023, creativeEDGE Visual Branding, LLC placed an order for 125 of embroidered patches with our company, Invoice: Subsequently, an invoice, dated 11/14/2023, was issued for the total amount of $150. Despite our records indicating that the products were delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, we have yet to receive payment for the aforementioned invoice.Communication Attempts: Our records show that we have made multiple attempts to contact creativeEDGE Visual Branding, LLC regarding the outstanding payment. Unfortunately, we have not received any response or payment to date.

    I ordered two shirts online from Solutions@Creativeedge-stl.com on May 23, 2023 in the amount of $78.39. I was given an order number of **** and a *** tracking number of ******************************. My credit card was charged for this amount on May 24, 2023. On two occasions I tried to contact someone at 314-252-0425 and was not given a return phone call. I have not received the shirts nor have I received any response to my calls or text messages. address of creative edge-stl *** ***** ****** ***** *** St. Louis, Mo 63101

    Customer was refunded. The refund shows January 10th 2024 refunded. This is directly from the shopify order management account. 
    $78.39. I am not in control of his personal bank account.

    I have not received the refund that you claim to have given back to my **** act. ending in **** on 1/9/24 nor 1/10/24. From your last correspondence I've read the refund was pending not actually accomplished on1/9/24. What proof do you have that the refund was actually completed?

    I can't control how the money was received on your end. The refund was returned to Card ending in **** on January 10th 2024. I can't see your end but on my end this was refunded and deducted from my account. Im sorry for your experience, but I really don't know how to help you from here. The total was refunded.
