    I hired him to paint my basement floor on Jan 23, 2024, I noticed a couple months later it started to peel. On April 2, 2024 it was peeling even more, and I reached out to informed him of the peeling and he would come back the next week, but he never showed or call.April 26, 2024 I reached back out, and he replied, he said he would come back to fix the issue in about a week and half, but he did not follow through once again.June 18th I text him to asked for a date and he did not reply. I just want my floors done correctly.

    122424 JM: Spoke with ********* and she stated no one has called her from remodeling company and would like them to complete the Job. I reached out to the company and spoke with Mr. **** he is going to send someone out immediately.

    010225 JM: Spoke with ********* and the work is being done since the (BBB) reached out to the remodeling company and is working on her home and should have it complete by ******. She will Call me back to confirm if the job is complete. 

    010825 JM: Spoke with ********* and the work is complete and she thinks the BBB for all of their help and would like this complaint close at this time. She will let us know if further assistance is needed down the road. Close case happy consumer.

    12/24/24 JM: Spoke left a message for a Mr. **** to return a call to me asap regarding a time frame of him completing the consumer project or given them a refund.

    12/24/24 JM: Mr. **** called me back and stated he was unaware of a the job not being complete and he would get the job done immediately.

    01/02/25 JM: Mr. **** has his team working on the consumer house today and the job should be finished in two business day or before.

    01/08/25 JM: Mr. **** stated he has completed the consumer project and the customer was very happy with the end results and would like this complaint close.
