    **** *************** ** *********)Was not given a receipt was told they were out of paper. It was around 8pm or so Saturday 4/16/23 evening transaction amount $37.22 **** card # ending in ****. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. We ordered a 12 PC meal and 12 PC nugget. At first the gal said we had to tell them about the coupon at the microphone that we could not use at window but she got it to work. We were told no paper for receipt to pull forward. A large male brings ** our food and runs back inside. We realize we have no gravy and doors were locked. The female employee opens door husband tells her they forgot gravy, male employee storms outside with gravy in hand screaming that we cussed out his employee whuch NEVER happened and to get off his property, in the mean time i realize we were shorted on our biscuits and our chicken! I say to him we are missing more food. He has the nerve to say "what do you expect in the rain?" I said " I expect what I paid for!" He repeatedly told us to leave or he would call police. I said, I simply want what we paid for. I called them when we got home and he was screaming he was calling police, I said I should call them because you knowing did not give me what I paid for nor did u try to fix it. He would not even let me speak and indeed had the nerve to call police on me. I inturn called as well and spoke with officer he agreed that there is nothing they can do we did nothing wrong and should get what we paid for and call corporate. This ********* ****************** location is terrible, read the ****** reviews that go back a solid year+ of ripping people off. My family was so upset and there was not enough food to feed our guests. This man was an absolute lunatic. Worst experience in my life with a fast food place. Please refund my money, your customer service # is just an automated voice-mail. Also, if this man is a manager he needs to be fired immediately. But it appears evreryone at thus location has terrible customer service and doesn't care and it needs to be shut down!
