    Bad company, I ordered school pictures and they sent me another child’s pictures. You can’t call them! It’s really frustrating and I would NOT recommend this company

    White line on daughters nose. Background blurry. Name so small it didn't even look like it was spelled correctly. Terrible all the way!!!!!

    We had the picture day last April 12th and on the same day, I tried to order but I can't view the pics so I emailed my child's teacher. She was very helpful but didn't resolve the issue. I finally was able to view the photo but it now includes a shipping fee. I called cust srvc & spoke to a rep named Tamela. I was informed that the fee is covered if I pre-ordered but I told her that I tried but I can't view the photo. She advised that ''you have to pay first & you will be able to see the pic upon delivery" She added that 'It's company policy" which is a ridiculous. Amazon at least sets your expectation. She offered to refund the fee as 1x courtesy but when I proceeded with the order, she can only refund the USPS fee. She didn't provide this info during the call. I told her that I will file a complaint through BBB and she agreed to refund it. I looked up BBB &the reviews are all the same. This company will take your money so fast but when you ask for a refund, they will let you go through hell to get your own money back. This proves that this company comes up with policies that doesn't make sense. I even spoke to a supervisor and I think his name is 'Matt'. He said he works in the media before which means that he is all about facts. lol. He mentioned that a lot of parents want the photos to be shipped urgently which is why they have this kind of policy (really??) and if the customer is not satisfied with the service, they will refund the full amt. He even offered me a full refund which is not what I want. The issue I have is their policy. They make up BS policies to control people and not giving everyone a choice. They promise a full refund but if you check BBB, customers have the same feedback and that is, they are difficult to deal with. I hope the school will cancel whatever contract they have with this company.

    This company is not LGBTQIA+ friendly in any way, shape, or form. They do not back up employees who are being misgendered, instead telling them they, "Are a guest and should act accordingly." They have told employees, "What did you expect?" when the employee was berated by a customer for their gender. They have refused to let these employees use restrooms available to other employees, forcing them to travel to find off site public restrooms. This is unacceptable.

    Their emails are spam. The link to unsubscribe, unlike the majority of newsletters, doesn't take you to a page with an option to remove your email from their list. Instead, they want you to create an account to give them more information before you can unsubscribe. The link to the Better Business Bureau A+ rating on the bottom of their web site has a "Click to Review" line that's not hyperlinked to the BBB. Their star rating on the BBB website customer reviews is a one-star but they are listed as an A+ operation. UNSUBSCRIBE!

    Awful. Obviously the photographer does not care about the quality of the photos or about the children. It shows in their 'work' .

    I had to schedule a call with corporate days out. The only working number online is automated telling you if you need help use the computer chat. Corporate office wouldn't help me. Seniors have different packages from the rest of the school, if you have multiple kids you probably want the same package for each of them.I had to order online. Didn't realize every school had a different code, I was already filling out what grade they were in! So instead of actually helping me, they just cancelled my order! Horrible company, hard to get real human customer service, it's not great when you do get it and the prices are ridiculous.

    Inter-State Studio made a hideously photoshopped Pose B version of my daughter's school picture where her eyes are on totally different levels, like some kind of ******* painting, and then they choose that photo for the yearbook. My daughter was so mortified that she didn't even go to pick up her yearbook, and this was her senior yearbook. It makes me so sad that their trashy work could hurt her so bad.

    I hate everything about this company. Poor quality, overpriced, c*** options, poor editing (cropped out important parts of the image several years in a row), only able to order online, can't preview your pictures before ordering, don't show up for appointments on time, etc. etc. etc. Why do public schools keep using them?

    Horrible! Ordered my son's sport picture 1 week prior to picture day. I had ordered the individual packet. To find out a month later that they couldn't locate his picture. Turns out he only took a group picture. I was never told that there was an option of taking an individual or just a team picture. I decided to get the group picture and it's been a little over a month and a half and still haven't received my partial refund or the team picture. To make matters worst I can't even call them. Everything is through email!!
