  I wrote a check for $1000 to flint rock residential builders to which was guranteed by **** ****** that my money would be refunded in full if the purchase didn't happen. The purchase didn't happen an the following are the claim 1. Told it was refundable 2. Missouri statues says that any *** funds ******* from the buyer which i was not.the buyer an not listed on any purchase contracts 3. MO STATUE says that any funds received for *** must be from the buyers personal bank account which i.was not the buyer 4. Missouri statue says that the writer of the *** check at the time of it being accepted that the writer would need to sign documents for legal receipt i.never rreceived anything from **** ******. 5. **** ****** violated Missouri state in ref to misleading an omission of fact by not refunding ******** upon request as he guaranteed my money would be refunded I have made several attempts to call email text to which he is not responding 6. Upon verification of the check being crossed against the carbon copy I have the check was altered with added info I did not do carbon shows proof which makes the check now fraudulent by committing a addtion to the check which I did not do.This a demand to refund my $1000 for check #*** if not refunded immediately consider this your notice of intent to sue an you ******* assessed ****** legal court fees as well. Upon reviewing this business I found it to be very interesting how much I had to.dig to see whom owns it thiers several active owner adderess in several location an that thiers irregular declaration such as a home builder strictly operating as but classifieds the company as a special trade contractor which is wrong adderess of one of the several company articles files with the state show a business adderes of powersports for the business . Adderess only po box adderess is found. It shady an is not something I would expect from a accredited business .

  We responded to him. In his contract it says the ******** is non-refundable because it is a down payment. We have tried to work on ma compromise.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  I was not a party on the loan you will.not find ******* on it at all. The only agreement that is binding is the verbal agreement from **** ****** ****** ******** agent that is the brother of the owner of flintrock said " don't worry if the loan doesn't go they you'll get your money back"  in Missouri verbal agreements are legal an that is what I was told by Mr ****** when the check was write by me. After consulting with an attorney thier are multiple reason as  to why my $1000 is yo be refunded they are as follows 1 I am.not a  party if the loan the checks was wrote to flintrock none of  the docs that you have are pertinent ir have effect therfore they are moot In your claim of keeping the funds 2. According to state an federal law your not allowed to accept   a business check for the purpose intended to which you did unbeknownst to me 3. Thier has been added writing on the check that is ****** own it is was discovered by the carbon. Copy I have of it  which is a whole different situation. Whichever one you pick each merits an holds under the laws in place that I am to receive a full refund.  Also i have nit heard from or received any correspondence from the company ,**** ****** or any one from thier sixr at all via any form of communicatoon.i have sent numerous attempts to resolve this over a dozen plus this.BBB complaint. I just want what's is owed to me. I have waited to file any state professional licensing with the board of realtors,professional licensing board, an ant goole or all review platform to post my truthful expiermce with flintrick **** ****** of ****** ******** till thjs BBB was completed . Just last week I had offered **** ****** a compromise offer to which he did not respond so the only.offer is $ 1000 paid to ******* ******* immediately

  The company has bot provided anything that pertains to me ******* *******. All of thier uploads does not have Mt name signature nore is relevant to me or rhe 1000 that they are no wilfully holding. They.only legal agreement is the conversation I had with **** ****** of ****** ******** who took my check.was it.is.refundable.. regardless they funds for the purpose they state cannot .be from. A business checking which it was the check was altered after in **** ****** possession an thier is no paperwork.i signed that relieves them. They have wrongfully appropriated 1000 from me an have broken laws in doing so an have made zero attempts to rectify this they think this is a game. I have reached out numerous occasions an have had zero attempts from them. Flintrock holdings an construction **** ****** ****** ******** are the parties associated and or involved an will be paying 1000usd to.refund my money. They have provided no admissible relevant docs that are anything more then moot.  They have numerous llc a to d  they have  po box's a trailer across from.powersport s  an a seminole adderess for thier business address  they supply paperwork to refute an the paperwork doesn't even have my name on it. T *** excavation aka flint rock builders thier holding s an sales rep **** ****** who works out of ****** ******** is at best doing shady dealings.  An is so strapped for cash they are grasping at straws to try to steal 1000 from me.5business days are bout up.

  10/6/24 :I have provide the consumer with the contract in signed at the time work was being perform  at his house. Our contract clearly states NO Refund of 1000. is due to this Consumer. I have tried to explained this several times and he is now going to only deal with his lawyer. Please closed this complaint as answered.
