I was involved in a wreck on 01/12/24. I was like 0 degrees outside. They were helpful- cut me out of my seat belt and provided a couple of bandages. But then when he asked where I lived - I said Belton and he said they have a lot in grandview. So I assumed - he towed it to grandview. WRONG!!!! THEY TOWED IT TO SMITHVILLE!!!! 50+ MILES AWAY!! WHY??? So they could collect the EXTRA miles....And $85 a day - storage!!! Then the claimed - I had to be there in person to sign out my car so State farm could take control of it!! But I signe it in the wrong space and scratched it out - nand the lady said ohh- no big deal. But _ I HAD TO DRIVE AN EXTRA 50 MILES just to scribble scratch my signature. SO IT IS A BIG DEAL FOR ME!!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY111Review from cheryl b

No stars, my daughter **** Pack was in an accident on Saturday. The tow driver said on Monday we could come get some things out of it. Called today and the * that answered the phone was very rude telling ** that we need to file a claim in order to get her things out of the car. I asked why did we need to do that just to get her things out of the car. I asked for a corporate number she answered with a smart a** mouth that we dont have a corporate office. I proceeded to ask for someone else, who was very polite and knowledgeable. And explained the reasoning, I told her that the First **** needed to go through training again if shes going to be in customer **********************. *ut this company is a scam, sounds like they hold cars just for money. I advise never to use them, just my personal opinion.Review from Leann B

I was in an accident, and because I did not have the $285 that was requested from me saying my car was towed to their impound lot. Once I actually got to the lot I actually ended up paying $381. And then wanted my card to be brought back into the city that request came at $285.This place is very unprofessional I requested to be alerted before my car would be moved. I received a phone call telling me that the tow truck transmission went out. So I was looking for someone else to tell my car I called back to let them know that this was happening and basically they ignored my request to let me know about my car. I was told that my car was there then I was told that my car was not there basically just to get more money out of me no apology or anything. When you run a business and someone asks you to do something it is professional for you to say yes I can or no I cannot. And when you do not honor and arrangement you apologize not that smart.Review from Charles A

GT *********** towed my car from the 435 hwy to a certain collision center which they said they were personally associated with. I was told by them that my insurance would pay them. Well my insurance did not pay the tow charges and the owner of the collision center paid the **** when my car was dropped off there. I was never told how much it would cost. It was $715. This charge is outrageous! I cannot get possession of my car unless I pay the body shop the $715. I have never known any other company to charge such an unreasonable amount for a tow. This appears to be an act of manipulation by the tow and repair companies. They took advantage of me by withholding information and misleading me. They need to be investigated to see how often this happens between these two companies.
