I will be as honest and direct as I possibly can and will not embellish or distort any facts.I banked here for many years. I thought of myself as a loyal and steadfast Customer. I rarely brought up any complaints.I made a very small inquiry about an overcharge that I thought they would happily resolve for me. Instead, they immediately sent me a letter that they were closing my accounts. I initially thought it was a Scam letter and went to the Bank in person to discuss. Banks always tell Customers not to reply to correspondence supposedly from them because it might be a Scammer. I thought they would reassure me that all was well. They, however, upheld my Account Closure and told me the letter was real. They told me I was not a good Customer for them and that I was "too vocal and articulate" with my concerns.I was absolutely shocked and terrified. I was literally loaning them the entirety of my ************* I didn't know what to do.I asked in desperation to please appeal the decision and speak to someone of ***************** The Bank Manager promised me she would make sure I could never speak to anyone. I thought I could reason with her Humanity but she was unbelievably Cold and Unsympathetic.I have no motive to fabricate anything. I had recommended this bank to other people for years. I want people to avoid the sheer misery they put me through and the terror I felt when I realized my money was not safe here.I know we now live in a Cancel Culture and ********************* Culture. The only way to help other potential Customers, is to write these testimonials. I know most people will probably disregard them. But, if I can save one person from going through the Chaotic Nightmare they subjected me to, I feel I will have done some good.I implore you, do NOT give this bank your money or anything you hold near and dear. They did not allow me any due process and treated me horrifically after I had entrusted them with my ************ for many years.

**************************************** ******** -- While meeting ************* representatives at a business fair held at the **************** in **********************, we were promised a Money Market account that would earn a 4% interest rate. Afterwards we visited the **************************************** location and signed up for what we were told was the 4% Money Market account. A year later after seeing our end year statement, we discovered that we were receiving .4% not the 4% promised. The branch manager showed us the original contract and indeed it said .4% and therefore they would do nothing to correct the mistake. I informed them that I believe they took advantage of my age and poor eyesight but they would do nothing to correct the mistake. Beware senior citizens, take your best reading glasses and look everything over well when dealing with this bank.
