Since I can't figure out how to reply to a review I'm doing it this way. To *************************** who left a review up above this is my response. You drove in from Washington you were already frustrated from your drive by the time you got to your new home in Springfield. We were not there for 30 minutes, I had an employee that did not have a vehicle for the day so I drove them there and drop them off, I intern had to leave to go pick up another employee whose car had broke down and bring them to help so I was gone for yes 30 minutes and came back with the other employee to clean her house and we were there for two and a half hours so no matter what your neighbor says she doesn't know what's going on. We scrubbed your entire house, I was there personally. When you got there you were unhappy with a couple of the things and I personally showed back up to fix those things. You were so frazzled or in such a bad mood over your drive there and you were yelling at your husband to unload the u-haul now even though the **Haul movers were supposed to be there the next day. I fixed every single thing that you asked me to fix I even went above and beyond and checked everything else just to make sure that it was to your satisfaction. At one point you came in and told me to leave because you didn't want to deal with the stress. I asked you to please go through the house and let's check and see if there was anything else that needed done and you refused so I left. If you were not happy with this service then why did you pay me after I was done. I understand being a little ****** after I drive but trying to ruin a business is totally off-putting. My company has done very well for itself over the last couple years and I have tons of amazing references just because you may not be one.

I hired Sweet Drams 417, based on internet ratings and speaking to *******, to do a move out cleaning for a property I bought. I was moving from **************** and arriving 8/5/23, the day they cleaned the house. I had specifically asked that all cupboard, closet shelves and all drawers be cleaned. None of them were cleaned. I asked her to clean the wire shelf in the laundry room, and then paid her and told her to leave. She billed me $80.00 an hour for 2 1/2 hours work. On 8/6, when I met my neighbor, she told me she watched the cleaning crew arrive and leave and they were at my property 30 minutes. She was upset enough to contact the seller and tell her friend to notify the listing realtor not to recommend Sweep Dreams 417 to anyone again. The next week I spend cleaning shelves, drawers and the fronts of the cabinets in the kitchen. On August 15th, I contacted ******* and asked for a refund of part of what I paid, due to the shabby work that was done. We talked about the 30 minute interval reported by my neighbor, and ******* denied it. All she was concerned about was the notification to the realtor. She promised on 8/15 to refund the money I paid. I followed up again 8/19, and she told me to be patient, that the check was in the mail. I followed up again 8/23, and she blamed the delay on the postal service. On 8/25, I texted her that the refund had no arrived and asked when it would be convenient for me to pick it up at her place of business. No answer. I called on 8/26 and she didn't answer the phone so I sent another text. No answer.Do not hire this company. ******* has no integrity and does not stand by her work.If I could giver Sweep Dreams 417 a zero rating, I would.
