I've been coming to this gas station for several months and there have been several incidents where I was discriminated against because I'm homeless. I've always been a paying customer and have never asked any other customers for money. I was told I was banned from the property. They also didn't allow my injured animal to rest.Review from Amanda B

Was just in there. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. My niece slipped on a wet floor with no signage in front of the fountain machine. We told the cashier about the wet floor. She said she didn't have time to do anything. I offered for us to wait as there was no line so she could dry it or at least put up a sign and she said no " I'm good" it is now 4:39 pm. I knocked over my drink on the counter. Apologized and again she was rude. I paid for my drink and apologized one last time as she was cleaning it up and we offered to help wipe off the counter and she said we're the reason she can't clean the wet floor that we "hit" her with, that it's people like us that keep her too busy to do her job. Although, the floor had nothing to do with us. I told her that we were trying to warn her to keep her from having a hurt customer or a lawsuit she said she didn't care that it was our fault. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service from a fast and friendly. The company just lost 2 customers. I'm hoping that management actually cares more than her and watches the video as she admitted that she was already aware that the floor was wet prior to ** coming in the store. I went into the store and I went to get a water and the water price is $1.59 and the price of the soda was 2 for $3.75. The guy tried to charge me a dollar more for the soda and for the water. I told him that was not the right price. The guy went to go checked and he stated that he was right about the pricing. I went back and double checked and he was not about the price. He stated that the pricing was from last week sale. I did not make purchase and he was laughing about the situation with other customers.Review from Travis K

They are called fast and Friendly, but both this and the ***** road location are consistently staffed with extremely rude and trashy people. I went to the s. Scenic location 3 times over the course of 10 hours today. The hot food was never refreshed in that time! DO NOT EAT THEIR FOOD! A lot of the products on their shelves do not have prices. I have never been impressed by them, but after this, they will never get my business again, accept to video and share my transactions.
