Said they took X-rays every time but never showed us any. Husband's front tooth fell out. Just offered to make a partial for him. Pulled off a crown while making the impression. Partial did not match his other teeth at all. It has since broken in less than a year. Went in for X-rays and cleaning. Never saw X-rays. Didn't ask him to take out partial for cleaning. Went to second ******* who took X-rays which we did see. Husband has to have a full mouth teeth extraction as his teeth are too bad to even save. Insurance fraud?

This was the single worst experience of our lives. Our daughter is a disabled adult. She is Autistic and has a Developmental Disability. Her regular dentist said that she needed a tooth extraction. They recommended an Oral Surgeon. Unfortunately, they were not in our Dental Network. We chose American Dental Solutions as they were in our network. They said they were going to sedate her. We struggled to get the IV in. Once the IV was in we felt everything would go well and went to the waiting room. We could hear her screaming from where we sat in the waiting room. We waited for the sedation to put her to sleep, but it never did. As her screams grew louder, we demanded to go back and see her. I told the nurse that this is not sedation. She should be sleeping. They told me she was fine and that sometimes sedation doesnt work due to anxiety. They escorted us back to the waiting room. We continued to hear our adult child scream . When I tried to get to her a second time, they told me she was done. When I got to her, she was sobbing uncontrollably. The dentist told me they ripped the crown of the tooth out, but the root was still in. They quickly refunded us the money and got us out the door. Later our daughter told me that she could feel it and it hurt her. She also said that they were threatening her with the hospital. They not only traumatized her but they traumatized us as well.

Went here due to Medicare Big mistake. Received new upper dentures, and a partial for the bottom. I had two cavities that they refused to fill until my partial was right, one being the tooth the partial attached to! The dentist shoved the partial down so hard that the tooth broke in half, also, you can see thru the dentures, the teeth have fronts, but No backs??? They need to reimburse Medicare, so I can get REAL dentures!? , also pay for my broken tooth, because now I have to have them all pulled due to their negligence and only pushing people thru to collect Medicare money!
