I have brought my ***** Tahoe to the service department 4 times in 2024 after each accident. **** in the service department has provided exceptional service keeping myself up to date and informing us every step of the way. Each time their service strives to get better. **** not only keeps us informed but will handle the insurance side of things with little to no hassle every time for us. The body professionals have been amazing with their work ensuring that the Tahoe is well cleaned. I am very grateful for this service department and the work they have done.Review from David S

I came in to view a black corvette and was asked for identification. I provided this and shortly after was told I couldn't view the car because someone was looking to buy it although no one else was looking at it in the dealership. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and this establishment.Review from William K

ALCON,I have already completed the transmission fluid change on my 2014 Impala. (****** miles) ****** stop sending me service notifications. Unless it's my last resort, I will not use Reliable for service.Several times I had my newly purchased (used) car, purchased with PLATINUM extended warranty, in for suspension issues at RELIABLE CHEVROLET. I was told it was bad struts, therefore not under warranty. But it was failed and compressed springs that were the problem. Which had also destroyed the rear tires inner edges. I took my 2014 Impala to OZARK CHEVROLET, where they correctly diagnosed the spring problem, worked with the WARRANTY company and got it fixed, UNDER WARRANTY. I also had a front end noise that OZARK CHEVROLET also found a bad Hub bearing. They worked with the WARRANTY company and got it fixed. You got your money, now I have had to fight to get what I was due, and pay additional fees because it was not completed at RELIABLE CHEVROLET. Last time this car was here was 9/22. On the inspection that we identified the issue as being tire noise which would not be covered under warranty. They replaced the struts under warranty he they also replaced the tires which took care of the issue. The customer was not charged for diagnosis. We will remove customer from marketing. This review is for Elite Mercedes.Incredible ripoff. Left my **** SL500 to get the inoperable roof top repaired. Got an estimate of $8,176 apparently to replace the roof motor/pump and all associated slave cylinders. Service advised that pump was low on fluid and the system probably was leaking. Told them thanks but no thanks. Got the car home and topped off the hydraulic fluid and top worked fine. Don't know how they could of even diagnosed system without first doing this. I can easily now deal with any leak. These guys are unreal, have owned five Mercedes over the years and never experienced such an inflated estimate. Will never go to Elite again for anything, filing complaint with BBB.Review from TIm J

Went to the used vehicle department and picked out a vehicle. Not only was the service top notch they did exactly what they said they would do. The vehicle was clean and the price was fair. The people were very nice and dressed like the were proud. The customer service was the best in town for sure. You can tell that the employees love to work their. They must do some training. I was rear ended on 4/20/23. My husband & I took my car to Reliable Chevrolets Collision Center on 4/21/23 for estimates & repairs. They said they could get it in that day because they were not that busy. We left My car for nearly 3 weeks thinking it was being fixed, It was not. The Rep there **** had talked about totalling it since day 1. I didn’t feel that was necessary because it appeared to be only read ended damage. Meanwhile I’m without a car & no rental or loaner was Even offered for 3 weeks. Countless times I called to get updated on the status. No return calls except 1 call from **** asking my husband what we were going to do or if it was going to be totalled ? Reliable Chevrolet gave us 2 different estimates & the one they gave our insurance co was a completely different amount than the 2 we received. We are not getting any comparable kind of amount in $ to buy anything else or replace what we lost. We wanted it fixed. I returned to Reliable Chevrolet on 5/10/ 23 to pick up my belongings & plates because it is being treated as a total loss. I told **** to call my Insurance Adjuster & gave him their name & phone # as they were going to pick my car up to take to a free storage facility. This morning my adjuster messaged me why I didn't sign a release while I was there ? It was never mentioned to me while I was there. Chevrolet’s lack of communication is not acceptable & their receptionist at the collision center is not Friendly either. I feel we were lied to & mislead & we will not seek services or buy vehicles there ever again. And I will let everyone we know what a horrible experience it was !!!Reliable Chevrolet LLC Response

First we would like to apologize to the customer. We never intended to make anyone upset. Collision repairs with insurance companies are sometimes confusing and take time unfortunately. Here is what happened.We wrote an initial estimate for the customer when they came in on 4/21. This estimate was a visual only. Customer dropped the vehicle off and we assigned the vehicle to a technician to disassemble the auto so that we could write a complete estimate. That is the reason for the difference in estimate amounts. We uploaded the completed estimate to the insurance company as a possible total loss as the dollar amount after tear down was above threshold and per our agreement with Farmers the process is to take some additional vehicle condition photos to help assist the insurance company in determining if the vehicle is repairable and what the payout amount will be. The customer had made two claims to the vehicle one for the collision and one for hail damage. Unfortunately we had uploaded the collision damage on the hail claim and this caused some confusion on Farmers end. We got this all resolved at the beginning of this week and Farmers made the determination that the vehicle would be a total loss. The customer had never made ** aware that they wanted the hail damage included in the claim at drop off. We were under the impression that they wanted the collision damage. **** had been making update calls to the husband through the time that the vehicle was here and it is our suggestion that if we have contact numbers for both a husband and a wife that it would be a good idea to call both parties in the event that the communication to one party is not communicated to the other. Unfortunately with the inventory shortage we do not have loaner cars at our disposal and we are not obligated to pay for a rental car for a customer that does not have rental car coverage on their policy. Elite Mercedes Purchased 2008 Jeep with ***** miles. ***** getting it and driving ************ leaked oil on my driveway. I got and outside repair estimate for $580 to stop the leaks. I had only had it about two weeks. I contacted the Dealer and they wouldnt do anything about it. Customer purchased unit AS IS and signed a form knowing that before he purchased and took delivery of the vehicle. AS IS means AS IS. He was also offered an extended service contract before he left. He declined that. Customer had a problem and took vehicle to another shop to get fixed instead of calling us first for repair. He got the vehicle fixed on his own accord. We apologize for the inconvenience and the problem that he had after he purchased the vehicle. We offer service agreements for all of our customers for the piece of mind and protection it provides. Any vehicle can have a problem at any time and that is unpredictable.Review from Jennifer R

DONT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE! Reliable... that is not true. We bought our 16 yr old a car there. A used Hyundai Tuson for $12,500 cash. 2 days later check engine light came on, Evap code. Took it in. They said they "fixed it". 2 days later check engine light came on again. Same code. Took it in. They tried to tell me it was just a history code. They said they were going to clear the code and test drive it one more time before we came to get it to see if code came back on. It did! They were at a loss. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. So they sent it to Hyundia to see if they could figure it out. **** *** said " if push comes to shove we will trade you back out of that car" (We have a recording of this phone call). APPARENTLY that means we trade in the Hyundai that just got a brand new engine with factory warranty but still has evap code. They offered us 9k for it! Are you serious! We have had it since the end of Sept in and out of 2 different shops, BARELY had it in our possession. Making it right would be either giving my money back in full OR "Trade you back out of that car" for what I paid for it! This company isn't reliable at all! How am I getting screwed over for them lying to us. Telling us the car went through their extensive testing and it all checked out! Either who ever traded it in erased the code or the dealership erased the code and sold me a shit car and LIED about it! Here is what I think. I think the dealership erased the code knowing they could sell me the car with a 2yr 24,000 mile warranty for an extra $1900. Then when the code came back on after we got it. Used the warranty to "fix" it so they weren't out the money to fix it. Not to mention the 2 or 3 times the car was in THEIR shop 2-3 days in a row. They never called us to update. We called multiple times a day to check on status. Got sent to someone's voice mail left messages and never received a call back. Until the car was "fixed" and ready to be picked up. Reliable Chevrolet call center to schedule service is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE and incompetent. Two different people I spoke to regarding scheduling service or asking to speak to someone to ask question regarding my MPP plan either were rude, placed me on hold for over an hour or hung up on me. When asked to identify themselves with either a name or ID number they refused and was very ******!! Reliable definitely got the bottom of the barrel with these 2 girls. Buyers beware of purchasing anything from Reliable. The maintenance they sell you is specific to their dealership ONLY. And even then they make it a nightmare to schedule ANYTHING. Like most I travel a lot both personally and professionally and not easy people to work with. They take your money quick but after that it is like pulling teeth for ANYTHING. If I could give a negative rating I would.DEFINITELY NOT A FAN AND WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!Reliable Chevrolet LLC Response
