Professional from start to finish. A pleasure to work with the estimator and office personnel. The installation crew were efficient and did a great job Includingclean up. Totally pleased with my new roof and the other work that was done. Would not hesitate to work with this company again.

**** at A-1 was a pleasure to work with and very professional, didn't BS me, gave me a detailed estimate (which the other company did not), my new roof looks great, the workers did an amazing job, even my 5 year old was happy about it all, when my husband told our son "we've got to go pay the roofers today" my son responded with "Yea! I love the roofers!" I recommended A-1 to my brother and he just got his roof done by them too and was just as happy with it as I was. And apparently they have a referral program that I wasn't even aware of until I got a $50 check in the mail, pleasant surprise! I have zero complaints with this company, I would definitely recommend them, and have! Even the lady who answers their phone was awesome. A-1 Guarantee Roofing experience was perfect in every aspect. They were very professional and stood by their product. ***** was easy to work with and stayed in contact with us. His workers did a great job cleaning up and worked very hard to complete this job. This is the second time we've used them and definitely highly recommend. You can not go wrong with this company. A1 Guarantee Roofing company is exactly what their name says- their work is A1 and guaranteed!Ive used them many years for roofing and guttering jobs. Recently had new gutters installed and I couldnt be more pleased. They respond quickly, work is done properly and they clean up after themselves! I would give them more than 5 stars, if possible. A-1 Guarantee Roofing did a great job re-roofing our house after we had tornado damage in April 2022. The free estimate was received quickly, scheduling the job was done quickly, the work crew really worked hard everyday and worked on weekends, too. Amazing. The job supervisors were frequently in touch with us about any concerns or comments. After a late spring storm damaged our old residential roof, I called several contractors for a bid. A-1 was one of those, and they had come highly recommended by a family member. Their service was was prompt and professional, with a competitive bid and a thorough explanation of our options and materials. Once we selected them for the job, it was scheduled promptly and started slightly ahead of schedule, for which we were grateful! We had a few issues with finishing a complicated dormer, which took a little longer than expected, but we were pleased with A-1's efforts to make sure the job was done right. These guy's put a roof on my house on accident. I called and informed they where being scammed. In the same conversation they first thanked me for informing them then tried to bully me into paying for the roof and insinuated I was part of the scam. This gentlemen in fact did receive a free roof but it was not on accident we had a signed contract by what we were under the impression of was the owner of the home ************************* .
We not knowing any different did like we always do we went to the job and placed a signee, in the yard then we sent material to the home. The material was on site for a week due to rain. then we tore off the roof, decked the roof, and installed new shingles, on the roof this all took place over a 10 day period. Oh and did I mention the first day on site there was a worker that let us in the house to use the power for the redecking process HMMM!!! .
The day the roof was completed **************** did call and say he did not authorize the roof so yes there was a scam and **************** got a free roof and we did not receive any money for the job or file a lien on the property. I could write a book on this but im only allowed so much room sorry for the rant.

A-1 put on a new roof and guttering after we had a severe hailstorm in SW ***************'m so glad I used them! So many choices and concerns about picking a good, trustworthy roofer. I knew about A-1 and that they had been locally owned and operating for more than 25 years. They were quick to respond, helped me pick out the best shingles and color to match my house, did exactly what they promised. And, best of all they worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to even deal with it. I love these guys and would recommend them to everyone.
