    Number one, they force you into an office were the employees smoke cigarettes. Then they ask you for your pin number instead of letting you do it privately. Then they offer a warranty that they do not honor. I went in on June 16th 2022, bought a used tired for 49 and change. They gave me a card and said if anything happened in thirty days that they would fix it. They tire went flat as I was at work. So I brought it back Friday the 17th and an employee put rubber cement on it and said it was good. It was leaking before I went to work less than two hours later, so I put the donut back on and brought it back the next day, Saturday the 18th. An employee that tried to get me to give her my pin came out angry I was there just before closing. She asked me the tire size, I offered her the warranty card as it had the tire info on it, she refused to acknowledge it and kept asking the tire size which I kept referring her to the card. She finds the number herself and takes me to the tires. There was one for 60 and I said that I'd be happy to pay the difference between the 49 and 60 for another tire. She told me I'd have to pay full price. I left after an argument with her that was unreasonable due to her state of mind. I have left reviews and have been attacked by the owners on social media.

    I spoke with the consumer.  We were able to work it out.  We do warranty all of our tires.  It was a miscommunication but this has been resolved.
