    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Test drove a *************************** Ram on Wednesday morning, signed initial paperwork to purchase and left deposit while we waited to hear from THEM about interest rates. No callback, left multiple messages. FINALLY, received info late Thursday. Due to that timing, we advised we would have to close on Monday in order for funds to liquidate for the down payment. Told us that would be no problem. Went over final details on Saturday, they sent closing documents via internet, but we had issues with it locking up. I called FIRST THING Monday to advise of the issue and "no problem" it all came through on their end. I asked if they could send me a copy of what I signed...rudely the finance manager **** says..."you mean to tell me you didn't read what you signed???" Well yes I had but I would still like a copy (never got it). We still planned to pick up the vehicle later that day even though their attitude is continually becoming more rude. I said how am I supposed to give you 100% on this important customer service survey you all keep talking about when there is such lack of communication? Whoa! Apparently that did not sit well. Later the ** of Sales *** calls me and hears I'm not giving them 100%. I said I didn't say I wouldn't but aren't you more concerned as to why? No apologies, no nothing. Later calls me and tells me they are not selling us the vehicle and they are sending my deposit back (as I hear laughter in the background). Now mind we have already sold our old truck and liquidated funds. We call the ** **** and he says, nope, we can't sell you the truck. It's my responsibility to protect my dealership and basically tells me if we can't count on 100%, you don't get the truck. Seems ALL they care about is "their survey"...wonder how you are supposed to give a 100% with that attitude! P.S. I also think they sold the truck right from under us b/c miraculously it was no longer available on their website!

    *** and *************** were presented numbers on Wednesday in the form of a proposal with accessories of their choice added. She tried to reach out to our sales person on Thursday which was his day off. After seeing her question come through, I reached out to *************** and gave her the information that she was seeking. I also assured her that they would be getting a phone call from their sales person and the finance office on Friday. The sales person reached out at 9:23 AM. There was concern that our finance office had not reached out but *************** confirmed that a message had been left on **************' phone. After connecting to the finance office, paperwork was sent out and it was confirmed that the Alles received in on Saturday but that no signature came through due to the digital forms timing out before being signed by the customer. *** and *************** were informed that there was a timeline to sign the paperwork and that they would need to get this done in a timely fashion before the package was sent.

    *************** took out her frustrations, which were not due to us, on the sales person, finance manager and eventually the general sales manager. At that point, the general sales manager calmly told her that we were not a good fit for her as a dealership and let her know that we would not be selling them a vehicle. *************** then reached out to me and I explained the same as the general sales manager. We care about our customers and provide them with great service but there are some that are just not good fits for our process. The surveys are important to us a dealership but more important is a happy customer. We felt that we were not going to succeed in that goal with this particular sale so we chose to part ways.

    Bought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Laura. I had a great experience and will be going back this week to see about buying a second car from them. I previously bought a truck and a Dodge Charger there before it was Laura. The service department takes care of my issues in a timely manner. Was not pressured during the sale and no questions have been asked for 4 warranty repairs and 2 recalls...
