  I purchased a factory-refurbished ******* Model ****** portable power station from The Battery Station LLC on 6/20/22. The model ****** is essentially a large rechargable battery with integrated power converter that converts the battery's DC voltage to AC volts. The model ****** has a **** watthour rating. After extensive testing, the model ****** I received will only provide 1060 watthours of power. For comparison, I also own a Blluetti model EB70 portable power station that I purchased new from *******. That model is rated 716 watthours, and has been able to provide 560 watthours of power on a continual basis (inefficiencies in the DC to AC conversion account for the difference). As the model ****** I purchased from The Battery Station can, at best, only provide approximately 50% of it's rated power, I strongly suspect the battery has been damaged or degraded prior to being sold to me. The Battery Station has no explanation for the problem I'm having with my model AC200P, other than to say they don't understand why I'm having the problem I'm having. I would like The Battery Station to replace, at no cost to me, my model ****** with a fully-functioning model ****** portable power station. The Battery Station LLC has not responded to my request for a replacement ****** to date.

  This is the first I have heard of this complaint.  We asked Mr. *******
  to return the unit.
  Rather than return it, he filed a complaint with you.  I am now sold out
  of that unit so he
  will have to contact the manufacturer ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** as we are not
  the manufacturer.
  We had a few units left in reserve for just this purpose but have sold
  out.  We tried to help

  I am rejecting this response because:  I informed The Battery Station of problems with my unit on several occasions, and told them via an email on 7/15/22 that I would like the unit replaced by a fully-functioning unit at no cost to me (I have attached a copy of that email to this message).  The Battery Station also never asked me to return the unit.  As for being sold out of the ****** and not being able to replace mine with a fully-functioning unit, The Battery Station web site advertises "Only a few left in stock" as of writing this message.  The URL to that page on their web site is: **************************************

  I still expect The Battery Station LLC to replace my defective unit with a fully functional ****** at no cost to me.

  My reply was simple.  We are NOT THE FACTORY.  There is only so much we
  can do on a warranty issue.  This customer never even attempted to
  contact the factory over this matter. We have been in business for 30 years and treat people the way we want to be treated.  This guy
  refused to follow the return instructions for new product.  OVER.  DONE.  PERIOD.  No further comments by us are needed and I don't give damn
  one that he is not happy with our response.  WE TRIED.  He would not even send back the unit!!!!!  I cannot help who won't listen.
