It's almost been a year since my carpet has been in and I have called the store in West Plains to let them know that a piece of the carpet at my entrance at the door was not pulled all the way forward the wood is showing underneath the carpet there where it meets the floor I called and let ****** know about the issue I don't know her last name. I let her know that they needed to fixed it and she said she would make a note of it .well every week to two.weeks since I've had my carpet in, I have called her to see when they're going to come and they still haven't come the last time I called was 2 weeks ago it is now 9-18-2023 and ****** told me she put a ticket up and it wasn't there so she thought it was done I told her I haven't had nobody out here yet she did try to ask me to check with the handyman that she had recommended to help me out well he was a no-show and then I called again and he still hasn't returned my calls I let ****** know that he hasn't been returning my calls and that he never came to help me with the job now two weeks ago I called and asked her when is it going to be done again she said they'll call me on Thursday well it's been two weeks now and I still haven't got a phone call I even let her know that I have an area that needs to be fixed that I would pay for because my pet messed it up and I wanted her to fix the carpet there for me so I would pay for it I still haven't gotten a response from the store I don't know why I can't get my carpet finished ,now I'm thinking about selling my house and I need the carpet done please contact me you have my phone number I'll give it again ************ my name is ***** ****** please I need my carpet done this is not very good business thank you.

We contracted a installer to go to Mrs. ******'s home . He repaired where her dog had damaged her carpet and stretched the original carpet 1/2 of 1 inch to conceal the hardwood beneath. She texted me after and said she was happy.
