    I ordered a table and chairs from them and 2 tables for my family room on Sept. 5, 2022. I have not received my merchandise yet. I had correspondence with him in the beginning and he was very helpful and he told me ***** days. Then I tried to contact him and no response from him. I went on ******** and tried to contact him, did this twice and the second time he said my H**3132373636353035H is not ready. I went out to the store and everything was locked up. The business that is in front of his, called him and left a voicemail with all my information and he never called me or got back with me after that and now the number is disconnected. I tried to dispute it on my credit card and it couldn&#**;t be done because it was past 6 months.

    On 4/12/23 I paid $368 deposit to ************************* of Custom Farmhouse Furniture for a table and chair set to be made by his company. The check cleared 2 days later and I have not heard anything from him since. I have sent him several messages with no response. I have since learned that he has a history of taking deposits and not providing merchandise promised. I dont have a phone number for him since I found this company on ******** and communicated through FB Messenger. His work address is **********************************************************************

    I paid ************************* $692.00 to replace flooring in my condominium. He did not let me know if he had completed or return my door keys, I need my money back and my door keys. I have not heard from him. He is not answering text or telephone calls.

    Purchased table with 8 chairs on 3/10/22, was told 6 weeks turn around. Contacted company multiple times with different excuses as to why the product was not completed. Finally in June 2022, was told he could make the table but chair parts are on back order. Not once was this communicated to me. I would have to call, left unanswered voicemails, text and ******** message to get any response from the business. Finally in june 2022, table was delivered. Asked when to expect chairs -had no idea on time. From June to Sept 2022- tried to contact business about chairs.. finally said he could have them completed in by next week and deliver them ( Sept 2022). I asked that I was contacted to make sure someone was home for delivery. I was never contacted by business and now for the past 4 months complete silence. When you look online , states business has closed. This company owes my $1000.00 and half of the delivery charges. I would never recommend this company. I have all of the reciepts, texts and ******** messages.

    **** (owner) is ignoring me in ******** and has frauded me out of my $200 chair deposit. I paid for a chair deposit in July and was told they would be finished in two weeks. He kept delaying and now is not responding. I want my deposit back as I had to order other chairs obviously. He is responding to other friends on ******** so I know he is ignoring me.

    I purchased a kitchen table from Custom Farmhouse Furniture in Oct 2021. The company lied about the time frame that it would take to make the product and would not respond to messages after taking our deposit. Once we got the furniture, there was not a coat of protective poly coating on it like he stated he added to the furniture in the messages. We tried to message and let him know that there was an error with the furniture and he ignored the messages. I then attempted to leave reviews on his ******** page and he deleted them and blocked me. This business continues to fraud and mislead people. After I posted my comment, others began reaching out via messenger saying that this company has done it to them as well.
