**** League Homes & Properties, LLC. contacted the sub-contractor, ********************** (landscape company), and asked them to address the tree at which time they kindly moved the tree over so it could grow properly.  This was a courtesy provided to the homeowner and per our warranty all **** League Homes & Properties,LLC. was responsible for is supplying the dirt, per warranty (See Attached).
As far as the City of **********, we would like to know who Mrs. ***** spoke with, as a builder any complaint to the City of ********** would result in the City of ********** contacting **** League Homes &Properties, LLC. in regard to a complaint. We have contacted the City of ********** and we were informed that there have not been any complaints in regard to that home/lot.  We received the Certificate of Occupancy from the City of ********** dated September 9, 2024, meaning that all inspections of home and property were completed and passed.
