Advanced Recovery Systems deliberately and intentionally forwarded my bad debt account with ****************** that I am currently making monthly payments on to an attorneys office name **************** This was intentionally done by the representative ****** in the legal department at ***. I have talked to ******************, ******* ******* because she forwarded an Affidavit of Agreement indicating this false information to ***. Both ARS and ****************** can review and see that monthly payments are being made by me. I have asked ****** in legal department at *** to mail me a letter indicating this account was sent in error and please remove my account from the law firm. ****** refused to honor my request. ****** told me he did not have to mail me anything. Ms. ******* has agreed to email me and update my patient portal with a cease and desist letter that she is sending to Advanced Recovery Systems. Please note that I have not received a ledger of charges or explanation of these delinquent charges that ARS says I owe to ******************. In July 2024, I requested *** to mail me the documents showing delinquent charges and dates. Therefore, for this reason and several other reasons is why I make monthly payments to ****************** where my charges originated. ARS is unprofessional, the people who work for them are unprofessional and do not know how to talk to people on the phone. The delinquent accounts I am currently making payments on are from 2019 to 2022. Five years old delinquent account and 4 to 2 years old delinquent accounts. These accounts should be accounts closed. Please understand my primary concern and reason for filing complaint on Advanced Recovery Systems is they intentionally forwarded my account to an attorneys office with false information included in an affidavit when *** has access to review my account and see payments made and the dates. ****** in the legal department with *** refused to send me a letter saying this was in error.

This consumer's account was placed at *** by our client ******************* The consumer has numerous accounts owed to the client and NOT ALL OF THOSE ACCOUNTS are at *** for collections. Some of our accounts being collected were not being PAID to *** by the consumer. *** asked our client to approve legal action for the *** accounts only and the client approved the suit and provided the supporting documents after they reviewed their records. Upon receipt *** placed with the attorney for suit. As it turns out the consumer was not paying *** but was paying some on the other accounts still at the clinic but not included in the ARS collections and legal suit. Again this is because of the numerous number of obligations to ****************** and in their systems paying on sum accounts does not mean paying on ALL ACCOUNTS. As a result the client has agreed we stop the suit at the attorney's office and accounts at *** in collections will remain in collection. The consumer can continue to pay the client monthly and they will post the payments to the consumers accounts as best serve the needs of the Clinic. If the consumer fails to pay any one month the collections will resume with *** which may include the resuming the legal action.

I want to assert that I am not liable for the debt that is linked to ADVANCED RECOVERY SY, as there has been no contractual agreement between us. It is essential to emphasize that I have not willingly entered into any financial obligations with them. Furthermore, in my effort to address this issue appropriately and transparently, I made a formal request to G2ENDO for the provision of the original contract relevant to this particular debt. Regrettably, despite this request, they have not fulfilled my inquiry by providing the requested documentation. This lack of transparency and cooperation from G2ENDO has added to the complexity of the situation, making it necessary for me to seek further assistance and clarification to resolve this matter effectively.

Mr ******* has a signed contract dated  11/23/21 with our client G2ENDO to pay for all charges not covered by insurance. The client performed services on 5/16/22 which remained unpaid and given to ARS to finish collecting  the unpaid $1363.00.

Therefore, Mr ******* does have a contractual and legal obligation to pay G2ENDO or their agent ARS. ARS got the account for collection on 8/31/23 and notified Mr. *******. As our policy we report unpaid collection accounts to the credit reporting agencies and this was done  67 days later on 11/6/23 and has reported every month since then as it remains unpaid.

Our client has provided us with copies of the original agreement and monthly billing statements to Mr. *******. We have attached the basic information to this inquiry and because of numerous copies we will mail same to Mr. ******* including the duplicates of the prior statements.

We cannot address his issues with previous conversations with G2ENDO but can advise that the balance is owed and ARS has handled Mr. *******s account and inquiry properly.

Advance Recovery Systems is a collection agency. They are beyond rude and management is no help. I made a payment that I have with them from ********* ** ******* for a surgery that I had. I made a payment with my health savings account card. I asked the manager if she could email me or mail me a statement that has *********'s name on it, b/c my health savings account vendor will need this information to prove that it is for a medical bill. The manager informed me that I could come pick a printout up, but they could not mail it. I informed her that I am currently disabled and do not have a car. She asked me how did I get around. I told her that this was none of her business. I asked her if I could speak to someone higher than her in management and she said there is no one higher than her there is only an equal to her and that this person would tell me the same thing if I could not tell her how I get around. This is none of her business as a collector and I am only trying to prove paying a medical bill to my health savings account. I do not think that it is legal for a collection agency to not provide you with a request just because you will not tell them how you get around from day to day. This is absolutely ridiculous and degrading! I would like them to provide a printout showing that my payment is for ********* ** ******* vial mail or email. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

On 1/4/24 the consumer made a phone payment from her HSA account to our office and was immediately sent a receipt for it by email. It is ARS police not to mail receipts because of HIPAA and not knowing who controls the mail at the address provided. Per the FDCPA a first notice was sent 10/11/23 in which the consumer could request a copy of the bill from us which we would obtain from the client and send to them. In this case no such prior request was made. The consumer is correct and given her circumstances ARS should made and exception and tried to get another bill from the client for the consumers records. She is correct that how she handles her affairs and mobility is not ARS business and for which ARS is sorry and should have done better to meet her needs. The receipt from the client with their name on it is between the consumer and the provider and ARS cannot produce such documents in the client's name. We have attached the original bill for $195. and after the recent payments are sent to the client at month end the remaining balance will be $85.00 We are sorry for the difficulty caused Ms. ******.

I received this letter stating that this collection agency will recommend legal action if I do not pay the due balance. I believe this bill is in the wrong because I had presented insurance at the time of service and the receptionist refused it, telling is the medicine was free and paid for by the Government ( this was a certain shot to slow down the Covid virus my kids and I were positive for.) Neither have I even received a bill for this! This needs to be taken off the Collections Agency as I am in the wrong here, and off my credit report ASAP.

The client verified the services were rendered, insurance was given, filed and paid $195 by Blue Cross, leaving a balance of $450. Consumer was billed several times and services were never to be paid bu the government as that was only for uninsured patients. This debt is due and should be paid by consumer and is correctly reported to the credit bureaus under current credit reporting regulations.Tell us why here...

I HAVE BEEN PAYING ON A BILL WITH ARS FOR A FEW MONTHS THEN ONE MONTH I CALLED TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND WAS INFORMED THAT I HAVE ANOTHER BILL TURNED OVER TO THEM AND THEY COULD NO LONGER EXCEPT MY $25.OO A MONTH PAYMENT. NOW THEY WANT $175.00 A MONTH. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT I CAN'T AFFORD TO MAKE THAT KIND OF PAYMENT BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY ONE WORKING RIGHT NOW. THE LADY JUST KEPT SAYING THEY CAN'T EXCEPT $25.00 A MONTH FOR SUCH A LARGE BILL. I WAS STARTING TO GET UPSET AND FINALLY TOLD HER I WOULD MAIL IN MY PAYMENTS AND IF THEY SENT IT BACK, THEY COULD MARK IT PAID IN FULL. COMPANIES SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT SOME PEOPLE CANT AFFORD THAT MUCH.

Consumer has over a dozen accounts for a total over $3400 owed to our client. Many of these accounts are two years old and we have had prior accounts with the consumer back to july 2021 when balance owed was much less and the $25 mo was agreed upon. Since then the balances have grown and while that was happening the consumer paid $125 in 2022. That is not satisfactory to pay only 4 times in 12 months let alone $25 per month when the balance is $3400. It is our job to get enough facts to justify our collectio work on the client's account. The consumer has not cooperated in providing us that information and usually when that happens we are not even suppose to take monthly payments. Thus our demand for a reasonable sized monthly payment is justified. We are not sure where $125 paid on a $3400 debt is acceptable in a years time but ARS can not accept that without more facts on income and debts etc.

I am not liable for this debt with Advanced Recovery Systems and do not have a contract with convergent. They do not provide me with the original application that I asked

Not sure what debt she is talking about, but  the main bill owed is to ******* *********** for services for her son ****** at age 17 and she completed all papers including a signed obligation to pay if insurance does not pay. She also provided a credit card information and had copies of the bill with charges and payments and adjustments made. She never made a request to ARS for these documents and in fact we made 5 calls to leave a message or speak to her and were hung up on 3 of the 5 calls when we identified ourselves. ARS is sending the copies of these documents to her but we are positive the debt is owed by her and she never disputed prior to this date.

The account #4BA** was opened on 09/08/2021 without my permission and inserted on my credit report for the amount of $1,031.00 dollars. This is considered fraud and is a violation of my rights as a consumer. Furthermore, this company never validated this account with supporting evidence as mentioned under 15 usc 1692g I want this account to be revoked as soon as possible from all credit reporting agencies including Experian, Equifax and Transunion. I also demand $1,000 per occurrence for the violation mentioned above.

Consumer went to our client *** ******* ***** and had services rendered from 2/22/21 to 3/21/21. Those services were provided with the consumer providing consent for treatment and consent for filing of insurance and payment if not paid by insurance. The account was given to ARS on 9/8/21 for collections. A public law letter was sent to the home address given on this dispute. Since account was in default the client's consent to treatment  gives ARS the right to bill and collect per the FDCPA and FCRA. Copies of the documents from *** ******* ***** are being sent to the consumer at the address given today to furher support the balance owed and the right to collect this debt. The credit reporting is correct and will remain as same.
