            ***** Oakes and his dealerships are f****** jokes. I purchased my Tahoe in September of 2021. I was one of the last vehicles that they sold that came with ***** Oakes lifetime powertrain warranty as long as you got everything done to it when it calls for it at Oakes *********. I have gotten everything done when it called for it. Receipt that shows I have paid for everything. Fast forward to Oct of 2023 I had lifters replaced under this powertrain warranty. Now that I had a transmission go out. First I was denied by the warranty for not getting everything done maintenance called for. I brought the Tahoe at ******* miles. And only have ******* now. So Im not due for any maintenance. So that wasnt a reason to deny it. Then now they are saying I never had the powertrain warranty. That I purchased osi (which I paid for a radio to be replaced 2 weeks after buying) and a maintenance plan (I have paid for every oil change I have got on the vehicle) but I purchased a plan that covers my oil changes. I go to pick my vehicle up today and I have tire sensors thats do not work that worked when I left it there a month ago. That I was told would be fixed in 2 weeks. I asked for the warranty companies phone number to verify the powertrain and no one would give me the number. I was told that they are not responsible for anything that the old sales manager done when he was there.
