Had them through a Sears Warranty 3rd party company project for a garage disposal problem. They came out on the service day we set up, but, I was in the other room doing house work. This was my fault. I apologized to them for missing them and I asked them could they come back out that day or Monday which was a holiday. The workers said they would ask their boss, *******. ******* never did call back! I called Monday, Feb 21, around 8:30a.m., and spoke with *******. He said that he was in Mississippi and couldn't service my issue. He stated that no one came to the door. I told him what had happen, but he was not hearing it. I told him did his employees inform him that this was the only day i could be off again, which was today, Monday. He stated "that I make a detail schedule and I must follow it" and "I paid my workers not Sears." He told me to send out another work order, in annoying voice. I called Sears and I did just that. Sears call him again to see if he could come that day. Sears say they talk with him and he confirmed that he may could come out that day to do the job.. Finally, Sears told me to call him back in which I did so we could compromise on that date and time. *******'s attitude was unprofessional and he stated in a cockey demeanor "I will when I have the time and I don't care what ********* the Sears' lady said to you because I run my own business and I pay my workers and Sears don't."He ask me in a defensive manner "when will be the next time you will be off work." I told him I don't know because I work two jobs. He said I have nothing else to say to you. I ended phone call politely by saying have a good day. I called Sears Warranty and I told them to drop him off my work order and get me someone else because of his unprofessionalism character to me. I don't want anyone servicing my home with that attitude, because they might sabotage my systems or appliances. And. I can not over his unprofessionalism. He will not come into home.
