On Sunday May 12 2024, My Toyota Highlander 2019 was repo by South Central Recovery, after contacting the Bank that finance my Highlander, I was given the information, to whom to contact and they email a letter for the recovery of my personal property. I then called ******** ********, they gave me the number for South Central Recovery. I called but had to choose a date and time, it never allowed me to choose a time, I left message and email. There website address was Hattiesburg Ms, on going there, they was no longer at that location and was given, Mosell Ms, about 20 minutes before getting into Hattiesburg. That was 4 days after my truck was repo. Call no answer, tried again to setup a date and time, website was not letting me setup one.So I decided to contact a friend that was from the area that I was trying to locate. His friend is a police officer, said many complaints was against that company and had to have police escort them, to get there belongings. But also many times they had nothing they had stolen there items and destroyed there vehicle. On that Monday I was give directions to South Central Recovery in Mosell Ms. There was a tow truck driver, there that help us, with the extension, that was not provided to speak with someone. On speaking with the receptionist she was very very unprofessional and rude. On giving her my information. I was told it was in the next town over from were they repo my truck. Please let everyone know. Do not do any business with South Central Recovery. They are fraud and not professional at all. Especially the receptionist

The worst company an auto finance company can hire for repossession. They repossessed my son's car and we paid the finance company the amount required to get the car back the next day. The finance company, ******** ****** **********, another predatory creditor, we will be charged a fee of $75 and will get the car back the same day. This company is keeping the car for 5 days and demanding $280. The auto finance companies should not contract predators like these to conduct the repo business.

This is the absolute worst place to deal with. They don’t mind coming and taking your car but want you to have to pay additional storage fees. If people could afford that they wouldn’t need to have their cars repossessed. Bad business!!!! Also, don’t want to respond to emails and it’s impossible to get a human on the line!!!

Zero deserved!° Run as fast as you can..This business does bad business. They lose your keys, and destroy your property. Give you the run around and sadly get your money and refuse to give you your car.

I understand they are repo company but they are getting paid for vehicle not the contents my vehicle was paid and released by my lien holder in matter of hours well minutes after opening yet still had wait several day to get vehicle released and missing items upon return very disappointing yet shady people does what shady people do. I ask the lady about items she clearly tried direct to another bussiness when in fact she knows exactly what i was looking for

This company is as bad as a scam as they come. I will be checking with the State Auditor to see if anything can be done about them. First of all they repossess the car then take it two hours away to a tow yard. Then you have to make an appointment to get it back and the yard is only open on Tuesday and Thursday. It is my vehicle if I have paid all the outstanding fees I should be able to get my vehicle back asap! Not to mention all of the extra fees they charge oh and they only take a card and then their machine charges you a fee for use of the card.. MAJOR SCAM!!!!! SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPERATE AT ALL. BIG TIME CROOKS!

I think this company either needs to either understand the people better or close up shop because of how they treated me from the time they started to repossess my car to all the interactions that I have had with them on the phone. They also make promises and never fulfill them, especially with calling you back if you need to file a complaint. The way they repoessed my car nearly sent me to the hospital, then not letting me get my medial equipment and medicine out of the car before they took off with it, which caused a ton of stress and sleepless nights. Then either the tow truck driver (who had an eye on an item in my car) or someone at the storage lot went through the inside of my car and took out only one item that was brand new still in the box. I have called multiple times to talk to a manager or supervisor, but was always told they were not in the office and they would call me back. This last call I made, they said they were going to call the supervisor immediately and have him call me back immediately as well, but still no call. This business is shady in more ways than one and there are several google reviews stating about how things were stolen from their vehicles. I may call them one more time demanding that the supervisor or manager call me, and I am also going to send them a certified letter in the mail to make my point known, and one more email. If they do not call me back within a certain legal time frame, then I will start filing a lawsuit against them.
