***** this company at all cost, they drive in from ********** and take advantage the elderly. Strong hold them , slick talk them and convince them into signing contracts without reading them unethical and disgusting.

They will not do what they say. They lie and will not answer calls nor emails. They are not a business you can trust no honor in their business

Not a priority company, plus put wrong size unit in home. And poor ethics on talking to customer's. I'm left paying for something that was wrong from the start. And still hasn't yet to show up to fix the problem while I'm harassed by the lender that air south also suggested I'd should get the loan from which is a company called ********. That is threatening to report it due to non payment.

Today, January 31, 2024, ****** *****, service technician for AirSouth, came to do the service maintenance on my heating unit. He was very efficient, courteous, and professional. He kept in touch with me as needed, did what he was supposed to do, advised me of his final assessment, had me sign off, and left. It was a very good experience. Thank you for sending ******. My kids threw a toy down the toilet. I had one plumber come out and try an auger and power plunger to remove clog and get toy but they were unable to without removing toilet - said they needed a wax ring to replace the toilet once they removed it to get the toy, but didn’t have any on hand. This plumber ended up ghosting me and not returning so I called AirSouth and told them the situation. The lady that took my information was very nice and very thorough and said she took detailed notes indicating that an auger and power plunger was tried, and that the toilet needed to be removed so that the toy could be taken out, she even confirmed that a wax ring was the part that the previous plumber was probably missing to make him unable to complete the job. she scheduled the appointment and read the information back to me indicating the things the previous plumber tried and that the toy needed to be removed. The technician never showed up the day they were supposed to and we got a call asking if they could come the next day. The day of the appointment the technician finally shows up at about 4 PM walks in and says the only thing he can do is give me an estimate, because if he tries to remove the toilet, it would crack. He says he didn’t know that an auger and power plunger was tried. He said I needed to replace the toilet altogether. I asked him if I have to replace it anyway couldn’t he try to remove the toy and see and he told me no. I asked him why he came without being able to remove the toilet when I specifically stated that that was the whole reason for the call. He says he didn’t know that an auger and plunger were tried. He never touched the toilet. He was here looking at the toilet for about two minutes confirmed via my home security system. No service was performed at all. I received no estimate. I feel taken advantage of when they showed up, knowing what I needed and not even attempting it. I want them to stop harassing me for a service fee that didn’t happen!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with AirSouth. Top Notch customer service. Experienced and very knowledgeable about their products and services offered. Very professional when cleaning our vents and units. Placed vinyl catch cloth on every area they were stepping and working on. Did not leave a mess inside or out where they worked. Very kind and had great manners. We feel very good about our purchases with AirSouth and about using them in the future. Highly recommend them and their services.

A month after s full HVAC unit replacement with AirSouth and the house wasn't cooling, I noticed water dropping on me from a light fixture and called in. It took 5 technicians who told me there was no leak, etc. for someo e to daignose that the coul in the new until was placed backwards and blowing condensation into the ventilation causing the them to sag, tear, and to leak. Not only did it ruin my kitchen ceiling but they also told me that the drip pan and the new drain they installed by cutting through the brick didn't work because they weren't connected and the drip pan drain hole had been capped off so the excess water drained from the side of my pan into the roof. Then one of the technicians stepped through the ceiling in the room wher I work during a Teams video call where I was hit with wet drywall and it rained wet insulation all over the room and me because the fan was on. The contractor pulled out 9 industrial bags of wet unsulation and stapled a platic sheet over hole in the ceiling. That was months ago. The unit is fixed now and there is no longer a leak and it is cooling but the next appointment for the contractor to fix the ceilings, ensure there is no mold remaining, and replace the insulatio was booked out for a month. The appointment came and went. I called the contact center and was told they were running late. Nobody ever showed up. I wrote them through the contact page on their site and nobody responed. Winter is coming and I have damaged ceilings, a 4 square foot hole in 1 ceiling and lack of insulation. This has caused a lack of efficiency in cooling and heating the house which has led to higher power bills. I did not want to put a review up that would seem damaging but the lack of quality workmanship, care, instalation, and entire situation is negligent at best and my house appears on the inside like we we through a hurricane in Brandon Mississippi. It's just not right.

I can truly say that my family will never use anyone besides Airsouth from here on out. Back in May my husband and I purchased a generator from Airsouth to be better prepared for future events, not knowing that in less than a months time our small county would be hit with a huge storm. From the moment I called I knew we would be in good hands. They answer the phones with "Hi, this is ____ from Airsouth and I CAN HELP YOU." The customer service was incredible. My husband and I work full time jobs, and it is hard for us to ever take time out of our day to meet with anyone, but we had no worries whatsoever. They sent a wonderful person to our home to give us a quote that worked around OUR schedule. How often do you hear of businesses doing that for their customers? When he got to our home he was so kind, quick, and courteous. He even asked if we would like him to take his shoes off or put covers on them to keep from tracking anything inside. He was very playful with our many animals we had, and we were so beyond thankful. At this time in our lives, money is tight, and adding another bill to our list seemed detrimental, but within no time Airsouth was able to get us financed with an extremely low monthly payment. Our installation happened very quickly, and the techs stayed communicative through the entire process. Once the storm hit, our street and surrounding streets were completely without power for three days straight. Because of the generator we had installed, we were the only ones to have any power to our ENTIRE house during this time. With this heat we are experiencing in Mississippi, being able to stay cool through the power outage was absolutely wonderful. Our neighbors down the street had a newborn baby with them and had no way of heating bottles, we were blessed enough to be able to invite them in, as well as some of our elderly neighbors who were on oxygen, and let them take care of their children/families.
