I placed one order with them and actually received my order. 2nd time I ordered $70 worth of gang sheets..one image had an issue they offered to help fix it. 6 weeks and at least ***** emails later I requested a refund and was told confirmation would be sent that day and still no confirmation. I will not recommend nor ever order from here again. **************** is terrible...and they leave a phone number that can be called or texted but they will not answer!Review from Cher A

Ordered a gangsheet from this company. After a month of waiting we tried calling the number on file. Led to a random lady’s number and she proceeded to tell us she has had multiple callers trying to reach MT. Emailed them asking about our gangsheet and took them a week to respond on top of poor customer service. We informed them the number they have on file was incorrect. Instead of leading us to a correct number they let it be. On top of waiting a month from our original order. After emails and them finally getting our order correct it was an additional month. Promised express shipping. That also did not happen. Will never be ordering from this company againReview from Cassie S

I have had the worst customer service that I have ever received from a small business. My order took almost a month to arrive, and it was missing my custom gang sheet. I opened multiple order inquiries and sent many emails with extremely long wait times to get a response. I was told on 10/20 she would refund my custom gang sheet and still print it and have sent out immediately; it’s 11/2 and I still have not gotten a refund and/or the gang sheet as promised. Still ignoring my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. My small business relies on other small businesses and this affected customers orders.Review from Susan H

Ordered a gang sheet a week later I was contacted they had had printer problems waited again for another week finally after almost 2 weeks I got part of my order. But no gang sheet. Been promised a refund for almost 2 weeks and have not gotten it she keeps saying she checking on it I just want my money back don’t order from this company.Review from Hailey L

Terrible. Firstly, website said 10 day turnaround-no holidays and weekends. Okay. But these took nearly a month to arrive. As soon as I texted the number the site said to text I got an email saying they were going through the printer. Whatever. Sometimes as a small business things can get overlooked. HOWEVER. When we pressed these every.single.one. was peeling right back with the plastic. It took well over 3 hours to press 8 simple across the front logo shirts. Definitely DO NOT ORDER if there are any thin lines, as they will not stay on your shirt. We tried to follow the instructions on the website, then we tried looking up other ways but no matter what the decal peeled right back off in some places and we had to stick it back on there and repress once we got the plastic off. It really sucks because I am unsure about using the rest of the gang sheet we bought because I don't want to waste shirts, so either way ordering from this company MY small business is out money. I did try to reach out via email but it got kicked back? I wish I found these reviews BEFORE I ordered but just went by website reviews which are clearly fake or cherry picked.Review from Mendi G

Terrible product, I ordered a gang sheet for logos to print shirts for my company, first it took 24 days to receive, and the gang sheets looked terrible blurry and lack of good color. They say they proof your file, which I used Canva, obviously they didn't! I used another company that had 24 hour turn around and the sheets were amazing and better price point!Review from Sheila R.

I placed an order on August 22, 2022. After numerous messages back and forth, telling me my order shipped, when it hadn't, she told me to file a charge back. I did just that and was refunded in December 2022. This is where the issues started. I paid with Affirm, since the order was large. ******* told me to do a charge back thru my bank, knowing that when you do Affirm, that you have to file a dispute thru them. My bank offered the full charge back BUT now Affirm is saying I have to pay because the merchant should of known that while using their services, you have to file a dispute thru them. So, to keep my credit clean, because it will be sent to collections, I have to pay. AFTER I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT EVERY TWO WEEKS LIKE I WAS SUPPOSED TO. The kicker .. I most likely won't be refunded because it has been longer than 60 days and ******* keeps the money that I paid and never received goods on. Please be aware of this company. I don't even want to give her one star but I have to leave something.Review from Kelly J.

******* cancelled my overdue order an hour after she told me it was printed because I was looking for someone who could make me 1 custom transfer within 24 hours (since my order from her wasn’t going to be here in time). She blocked me from her group without warning because “I am guilty by association” for her not liking my business partner. I had 19 transfers in my overdue order with her when she cancelled it for being petty.

Magnolia Transfers was advised by another vendor (whom we wholesale transfers to) that ***** ***** came to them seeking transfers because she was "going to cancel her order with Magnolia Transfers." ***** never came to us requesting cancellation but had made her intentions clear with a business that we furnish transfers for. Therefore, we cancelled and refunded immediately. We have also chose to ban ***** ***** and her business partner ****** **** from using our services and those partnered with us after discovering that they were stealing images from graphic designers instead of purchasing. To sum up this response: ***** ***** was fully refunded. We have the right to cancel an order at any time based on concerns, and therefore utilized that right to protect ourselves.
