    I was getting a car wash on ****************************************. Car wash left soap suds on my brand new vehicle. No ************ was available to do my tires. Manager had left the building with no return. Would like a refund for not getting the proper car wash and inconvenience for reporting and no one caring. I paid ******************************************************************************************** it. The employee ******* told me stories of him and other employees smoking marijuana in the office while the customers complained about refunds and damages done to their cars. He also explained that the company would not fix any issues or problems if you had any. Everything is basically at you own risk. There is no receipt paper in the credit card machine for a reason, its to make sure customers dont get refunds. Somebody has got to do something about this car wash. It is truly taking advantage of customers and no one will help.

    After 4 months of waiting, they decided to NOT fix the $1,600 of damage they caused to my car. Have been advised it would cost me too much for small claims and that my insurance would claim in subrogation. So Im the only one that will receive any penalty or inconvenience. SWEET!If their machine chews up your car, they wont fix it because our engineers dont see how our machine could do that. Well my car didnt do it to itself. So that car wash cost me $1618 + an increase to my monthly insurance for 3-5 years! Do not recommend!

    On April 26, 2022 I went to Car Wash USA Express on ************************************************** for a quick wash. The young man that works there asked me if I would be interested in purchasing a car wash packet for 30 days and I could come as many times as I wanted ******* THOSE 30 days. I agreed, so I ran my credit card April 26, 2022 for $44.99. However *** 26, 2022 my card was charged again $44.99. I was Only suppose to be for 30 days and should have ended *** 26th. Again My card was ran on JULY 1, 2022 for $44.99. I First called Car Wash USA Express, and told them this was done without my consent. I Only agreed to 30 days, this is not right and I want a refund for *** and July. (Notice **** was skipped). ******* I spoke with, told me and acknowledged to me on 10/17/2022 that they apologize and had been taken over by new management, and this matter will be resolved. They said they would contact me by email. I have called twice and still no email. So I called ********** told them the situation, they understood and blocked anymore payments that would go through because they said my account was "recurring", again This was done WITHOUT my consent. I was more so disappointed in myself for not catching this sooner. These people stole $89.98 from me. Yes! I did agree to $44.99 1- TIME! I had to redispute with ********** but I have not heard back from them. Car Wash USA Express will trick people and not tell the truth about their product. I am very upset with them and I will NOT be going back. I hope something can be done, so this won't happen to someone else.

    This company is horrible. There car wash in ********** ** scratched the entire passenger side of my 2 day old brand new car. Upper Management (ie, district manager) told me that they wouldnt repair my vehicle to take them to court

    My wife and I took a new vehicle to the Car Wash *** located ************** on June 4, 2022. After we went through the car wash our vehicle came out with scratches and paint damage on the hood and down both sides. A man claiming to be the manager said that all we could do was file a claim. We said we definitely wanted to do so because our car was not like that before. He hands us a sheet of NOTEBOOK paper to write down our information. I was incredulous, but wrote down the information anyway. I asked him if we would get any sort of receipt or claim number for documentation purposes. He said "no" and that he would have to file the claim, and after that we would hear from "HR." A month later and we haven't heard anything from them. I have called their customer service and they told me that claims have to be handled by the site manager, They gave me the email address for the site manager and the district manager. I have emailed them both several times and have gotten no response. I have also emailed their customer service department, detailing all this. They have said they have "escalated" our case, but nothing at all has been done about it. We are driving a car that still has a drive out tag that is all scratched up because of this GARBAGE company.

    Do not give them your credit card number. I called them after my first month with them and told them to cancel my membership immediately. They said they did and m y card would not be charged anymore. I did not use the car wash after I canceled. They charged for march april and I called my credit card and told them to cancel those charges and they did but June the 11 they charged my card again. They forced me to have to get a new card. If you sign up be prepared for them to keep charging you after you cancel. I never will wash my car there again.

    Waiting 3 months for a claim to be paid for minor vehicle damage. Was told by a site manager that payment has been sent. I found out that he is no longer with the company, and nobody knows about a claim being filed. I call the cooperate office for some light on the situation, and they said they'll email the manager to take care of it immediately... I get that confirmation about it and it's CC to he and I and yet again; he's no longer there. On top of that, the car wash is closed for "maintenance" 60 percent of the time during business hours. Definitely not worth the membership

    I have a************************ that's white in color. After going through the wash in Olive Branch I notice a part of the "*******" emblem on my hood was ripped off during the wash. I reported this to an employee. He told me he would look for it at the end of the day. I thought I would come back and get it and put the trim back on. Didn't find it. That wasn't a big deal. The next time I went through the was I noticed a spot of paint was missing on the same side that the trim was damaged. I went back to the manager and filed a damage report with Monica. Monica told me it would take three weeks. That was 1/22/22. That has been six weeks. I tried calling the corporate office but nobody would answer with customer service. I went back to ask for the manager at the Olive Branch location but she was not there. A employee told me several people had the same problems.

    I haven't been able to wash my truck since JANUARY due to the damaged. I'm afraid the spot is getting worse due to the cold weather. I'm asking the OWNERS to please contact me. I need to get the damage repaired asap!
