***** *******-We bought a single arched door with the trim $7,000.00 door, no side panel or top panel. Beautiful door, received so many compliments. Since June of 2024 we have contacted Mississippi Ironworks for the door and side molding to be repaired bc of rust. They have it in the records of the call since June of 2024 we were told it was bc there were short staffed. They would be in contact, these people do not contact you back. I was also given the story that the person who use to handle repairs no longer worked and that my requested had gotten dropped. I reached out again after i left disheartened phone messages I was finally told someone would be at my home to repair my door on a certain date. No one ever showed up or called. Since them no one has answered my call or messages. They do not get back to you. You would think a company that can sell doors for this price would be a reputable company, but the are not. I would just like my door repaired.

BUYER BEWARE! This company does not care about after the installation. All they are concerned with is getting their money. If you use **************** to finance your purchase, they dont care what happens after the purchase, all they care about is getting their money. As a former employee, i know all the deceiving lies they tell. They are pushing the doors out so fast to be able to get the money, that they are not properly manufactured and they will bring your door without the permanent glass, locks, hardware and tell you they will come back..they wont unless you call 1000 times and raise heck. Do not call if you need help with your lock-they will recommend a locksmith that you will have to pay out of pocket for. Dont call with paint issues or glass issues, they will make YOU pay for it or they wont even show up. If your door is over 1 year old, do not expect service anytime soon after your call..they prioritize the new customers first rather than taking care of the prior customers. The owner of this company traps his employees in a room and preaches the Bible but in the same breath, will make fun of customers with funny/odd last names, or if they are complaining about an issue, he makes fun of them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!If you want an honest review, please reach outsix zero one nine eight eight, eight zero eight zero! !!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Purchased doors in 2019. Called about condensation in windows. I was told that this was not under warranty and would have to get this repaired on my own. Was told good luck on finding replacement glass. Expected these doors to hold up longer than just 4 yrs. Have not finished paying for them and now my problem. We get lots of compliments on our door, but would definitely not recommend this company.

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I spent over $25,000 for a iron fence and automated gate from MS iron works in 2018 it’s 2023 and they still haven’t completed the job!!! The fence is rusting and the paint is chipping/peeling off, the automation has NEVER worked correctly and the service guy ****** is incompetent of servicing the gate!!! I have dates, pictures of the hell i have been through with this company! They refuse to fix it! I am filing a complaint to the BBB and also will get a lawyer involved to get this problem solved! If h are reading this review you are WARNED do not do business with this company!!

We recently had front doors installed from Mississippi Iron Works. We made the order and selected the paint color. The contract only gave a number for the paint color and nothing was given us to confirm the color and the number. When the delivery came, we immediately knew the color was not right. We instructed the delivery guys not to unload since it had to be re-painted in the factory. We immediately called the company to let them know the color was not right. From that point on, the customer service was terrible. We never got to speak with the same person, always got the run-around. We wanted the door, just needed paint color to be changed. The bottom line, they did change the paint color but charged us $750 (which they said was half the cost to re-paint). The paint color / number which we chose for re-paint turned out to be one digit off from the color number that it was originally painted. We had chosen "Dark Gray" and this was the actual name of the correct color which we eventually got. The doors were installed and we have no problems with them. We have tried multiple times to work with Customer Service to get the $750 refunded, as we know it was the company's mistake with the color number, probably a typo or someone's poor handwriting. We were told only the owner could refund the $750 but he was always "out in the field" and would never return phone calls. I wrote him a letter directly and he never responded. The integrity of this business and the owner is lacking. These doors are very expensive and considered an "investment." For the price being charged, we definitely expected better service. This is not the kind of company we like to do business with and we will never recommend them.

Got my back door and the door going into the garage replaced. The new doors are awesome. Had to replace the original doors because they wouldn’t close all the way or lock. My new doors look so much better than my old ones plus they are incredibly secure. Feels like I’m going in and out of castle cause the doors are so heavy and strong. I’ll be replacing my front door at some point as well and would 100% recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST!!!! I have paid over $ 100,000.00 to this extremely incapable company. My nightmare started February 15. They still haven’t completed the job. It is almost June. I have decided to pay someone else to complete this job. I have been lied to by multiple employees. There is NO communication between anyone in this company. I have been told so many different stories. The excuses are almost entertaining. They text me to call the office to make arrangements for final payment. LOL When I call, I am hung up on after telling the highly agitated employee that she might want to know what she’s talking about before arguing with me. If only they were as interested in completing their work. They drove two hours one way last week to install door handles on doors that have been installed since February 15!!!! Can you imagine installing a door without handles??????? For three months! Two hours after leaving , a customer pulled the handle off the door. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Fast and Excellent Service. Had my door in 2wks. Door is made of solid iron. Real sturdy. They bake paint door to your color. I chose Black to match my decor. I 200% recommend this company

Very bad experience. Bad door leaking water, indoor damages, no response from owner. Avoid all cost
