Just had Complete Exteriors put on a new roof and new gutters. They worked with our insurance company, made sure all of the basses were covered didnt try to sell us on anything more than we asked for and even told us what we didnt need. Would recommend to anyone!!! Super servce!Review from Starr O

This is not a very well put together company. I gave two stars only for the effort on the owners behalf. Things only got elevated to him after I threatened to reach out to the BBB. Even after, the owner noted they would reduce the price in service if I chose to continue with them or send some sort of gift card if I chose not to and did NOT do the latter. They were very fast to give a quote but VERY BAD with communication afterwards. Please be weary if you need gutter/roof work completed and you live on the MS coast as they are located quite some distance and do not put in much effort to complete the coastal work.

We have not done work for this customer. The estimate was given and we as a company decided to no longer do Gutter installation on the coast due to lack of employees to install the gutters we were honest with the customer about cancelling the contract and she was upset that we would not install the gutters. The estimate was given on 4/11 and we cancelled soon after that. On 5/4 the manager spoke with her again due to being upset that we would not install gutters but it would not have been beneficial to the customer as it would have taken to long to hire a subcontractor to perform the work due to it being hard to find good employees at this time. We did offer to send a gift card etc because the customer was upset but I do not feel that this bad review is warranted as there never was an actual contract paid for services by our company.
